    Set the volume lower on the MP3 Side and Up to 100% on the Sound for the Directions... then crank up your RSV Volume, I am guessing having an AMP in my trunk helps the Zumo a bit for me though. (or in your case after re-reading do the opposite) Jeff

    Last year I had folks high beam me and found that I was blinding them with my new light bar that was not adjusted correctly... I did look at them from a distance and I did notice how much the front light and the bar lights had blinded me, let alone seeing my turn signals. They are re-adjusted now and I do not get the high flash from cars anymore. Just a thought. Jeff

    Mike, I noticed that your posting this clutch up-grade in the 2nd Gen,,, this will fit 99 and up? And I also noticed that the article in the tech section is about the 1st gen.. I am confused, but that is not a hard thing for me. Jeff

    Looks great, I have been really enjoying mine as well Steve can match any color if you order paint from color-rite. hey does a great job on his grills. I love how it takes the nasty void out of the front of the bike.     Hey Don, I Just got a brand new ZTR.. I can come over and mow for you ! , I am still trying to get use to it. vers. my rider. But it has cut my mow time in HALF now (still looks like I am drunk trying to learn it still)*lol* Take a break and ride a bit.. this server is working now.     I just have been through changing out 2 radiators in the past two years. trust me the FAN at idle WILL come on after it idles for about 12 Min's or less. with an outside temp of 50 or more.. the fill cap for your RAD is under the tank... (the upper right side) the over flow is tank is under the right cover on the bike. (DO NOT FILL THERE) There are plug-in's for your temp and fan under the lower right fairing.. Jeff

    Just measured,, I have a little over 3.5 inches of clearance.. and the grill is the same distance out then the 2 lower side fairings. there is a huge amount of room.. if grill is not on there , there is and extra inch.. of clearance. So If I ever brake that hard , like I say , I will be replacing the radiator again.. I see no problem with the distance. But thanks for the heads up though.. Jeff

    Thanks Guys.. And yes I will try not to bind her up.. I can not Imagen that.. but if you say so.. there is so much room there between the two.. and the grill is only a inch thick.. so I guess If I bind that hard I will be replacing a 2nd Radiator.. ummmm Jeff

    Just wanted to share.. As some of you know I like to go through radiators for some reson... any ways. I just installed a new radiator and one of Stave Wagner's Grills. (in hopes of more protection) Steve does awesome work!, I even had it match my Millennium Color! I ordered the paint from Color Rite.. Millennium Color (hard to match), I have been really impressed on how they can match our bike colors.. I myself really like how it takes that black Void out of a light color bike...take a looksy!     On my RSV if I am working it like lots during the winter months as I can not ride it for 4 months. I always get fouled plugs from lots of idling , warming the bike up , just after a while one or two plugs will foul.. on my bike that is... glad you got it figured out. Jeff

    You guys !!!!!! Sheeesh do not order the clearview!!! Once you have installed it on your ride you will never want any other shield,,,.. I warned you!! Did I tell you that I loved my clearview? Jeff And what shield are you using now? *lol*
