OK, so I have waited my 8 weeks or so (more then 6) so I emailed RevZilla And they come back and say the Are not making the FX-50 anymore in this line. So I said just send me the 2XX Large in Pearl White. was waiting for the Silver to come in. only had to pay $3.67 as I told them to keep my return money for when the other color came in for the 2XX. I started with the Large (per there chart) to small Then went to the XL still to small now the 2XX and it fits fine. So my Helmet dilemma is finely over :-) Now to cut this one up for the for the head-sets like I did for my wife's FX-50

Still looking myself. I tried the Costco over the ears but I could still hear all there back ground nose with them so no go for now. My problem at work we have our meetings and I can not hear them talk very well with all that shop noise going on. as everything goes into ONE EAR. so the back ground noise will cancel out there voice . I thought you could use hearing aids to fix this problem but I guess not. still hoping tho ONE DAY !

OK , I took it yesterday Morn about 2AM to work I take Very Rural Roads to work and I must be able to see all the critters and such... This tent is 2X's Darker then the Clearview Tint that most of us have been using . I would say it is OK with me , If I look over the shield I would say that I could see about 100 feet or less then the clear. we are talking NO city lights etc. However when I got into the City it was just fine It also REALLY helped on the cars coming towards me with there lights. I did also notice the street lamps in the city where also filter by the F4 for less glare. This is with my bights on most of the way. I will next time take some Half and Half pics looking through it in a VERY dark area. Otherwise So far I love it. 11 Stars. and the customer support is fast as well. Don says that the F4 Basically has RAINX built into there shields and to make it factory fresh again you just use rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and its back to normal for the rain shedding. I would swear that this Tint has some type of polaroid filtering in it. maybe Don can tell use what it is? Jay your clearview has been shipped see PM.

Well gang I got the first one on the Trike and I might say I love it. Its a little darker then the clearview and it almost has a polaroid effect. It really cuts the glare down like I thought it would from having the Clearview Tint in the past. I myself will not go back to a clear. From my riding today it really cut the glare down vers. the clear. even from the chrome around my tank and other stuff. Here are some pics of the clearview and the F4 Tint difference. Also notice the outer edge if the shot how it cuts the glare from the tree leaves with the sunlight hitting them. Above my awesome 1966 Beetle I have been bugging Don about wanting the Tinted version for about a year now and he came through. I also have to let him know that the TWO screen outside mounting holes are to far out I had to use my Dremal to make it match the holes that was pretty easy to do. Jay, Its yours. I just have to get to the UPS place I am pretty rural and we have a store that has pick up about 7 miles away. and they don't charge like the UPS store does OK guys I will take the TINT one down in the Box it came in and get the pricing. The one for you Jay will most likely be shipped to in the F4 box after I get it next well. Will give both of you guys the details maybe SAT aft. The TENTED one I had the longest and there are a few surface scratches but not bad. the CLEAR is only about 1 year old and I think only as 2 small light scratches in it. I have always only used Novus on both Shields as well. The F4 I will have to get used to using Windex and paper towels I just will cringe when I first do that to a new windshield

EasyRider, Nope- not on the web site yet.. Just call Kim Or Don they will take care of you, they just got them in and they are for sale as of today. Like I said I wasn't getting one until the tint was available. I have had both Tint and Clear in the Clearviews and I prefer the Tint over all. I have used them for many years and would never bash them, but it is time to move to a better type shield for me now. I do ride in the dark in the early AM and I can see just fine with the tinted and it calms all the chrome glare when the shield is tinted. I also have the vents on both over the past 7 years and I see no use for one . the cleaning will be easier and I never used mine much. the hot days I did not want HOT air blowing in my face anyways. when the temps are right I got plenty of air without the vent being open. the other problem for me it was a awesome bug collector and some times the bugs go right through them and up into the helmet XV1100SE, I can hold them for you if you wish. let me know. *oops* I just noticed your in Ontario.. Umm when will you be back this way?

Just a note in case you don't know. you can just turn the tire around on the front with no problems. to check things out if need be. Did you remove the front tire for your work? And possibly put it in the other direction?

I think they are what Squidley say's they are. and they are a nice pretty chrome though. Nope not carb covers.

Make sure you add the AUX tank and also make sure it has reverse.
