    GENE.. you can get it direct or amazon.. I bought my first batch through the retailer. I think next time I will get it else were. looks as I can find it about 10 bucks cheaper looking around. just do a (google search) Jeff

    Seems to be great with my clutch.. the shifting , clutch and all! Just a smoother running engine in my book!... Just what Joe says about the sound. my pitch HAS reduced to a level that does not bother me anymore. however. the oil that you start with will make a HUGE difference. I will not even go into that right now.. Lemme see if I can do this.. Before Pitch 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 With MotorKote Pitch 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 the red means (whine). Now having this (whine) for almost 5 years now and learned the live with it. and have tried EVERY SINGLE Bit of OIL TYPES and ADDITIVES that (every one has mentioned on this site) AND ALL THE DIFFERENT CLUTCH BASKETS ON THE MARKET! Nothing has helped until now. and like I say I am still evaluating this stuff. so far it has been working for me. with my mixture. Keep posting guys as I will do the same! my the best WHINE WIN! Jeff

    Jim I promise it will ease your resolution! try it first with-out MotorKote as well. JUST so you will know right were you stand. It was interesting to see how fast the guy at my shop change out so many of my baskets he could do it in less then 20 mins after a while! good luck! Jeff

    Well , as some of you know I have the worst sound in the world. I have been using Motorkote now for 1 week. I simply love the stuff. I still am evaluating the stuff. so far my (whine) has been cut in half. (40 to 50%) depending what gear range I am in. My mileage is about 2 mpg better now. however motorkote has to be used over time and gets better. My mix was 3 Qts of Amzoil 10/40 to 12 Oz's of MotorKote. I was amazed on my first ten miles and now with about 200 miles of use , I am simply loving it. My engine is even Quieter as well , not much clunking when going into gear as well. I even rode with my helmet off last week for a while to test it just to make sure I was not Hallucinating *lol* MotorKote does not mix with the oil. you can acutely see it in the site glass. For me I am loving it. and will keep posting my results over time. not sure what it will do for you. I am running an (I) basket now. Jeff

    my clear-coat on light color is over a year old and looks fine. my under color is from color-rite (lite color) and the top coat is what ever Steve Use's on his grills. no change so far. just my FYI Jeff

    The warranty baskets have to go back to Yamaha God's though. that is a great idea for the folks buying them outright though! Jeff

    Sure will Joe. :fingers-crossed-emoGoing to be nice to figure out what one is better. I have been using LHP Liquid Horsepower for a little while now and it seems to be pretty good stuff. But I think this stuff will work out just fine! Probably the same stuff for less money *lol* Will keep all of you informed on what I Come up with. Jeff

    Will let you know in a couple tanks. I am out in the garage right now doing the change over and have added MotorKote! Just logging everything in my book now. Stay Tuned. My Mileage had already dropped due to my conversion. this will be very interesting. Jeff

    I as well am going back to Amsoil 10/40 That was the best for the sound. I also got my MotorKote today! And will let you know how this together worked for my, I am doing my Oil Change today (I have now tried ALL the Oils) in 4 years. So this test will be with Amsoil 10/40 and MotorKote Jeff

    It all depends on the rep and that/your dealer. I was able to try (two) (I) baskets. And then we went back-wards per the Yamaha Rep to try 3 more (letters) then final result was back to the (I) I had a (G) in there to start with. All it did was change the sound to a different RPM range. I can use my tach and make it go away though. (above 32K in any gear) I did also find out when these dealers are doing these swaps that they only get paid half there shop rate for doing warranty work. Jeff

    Bob, you will have to go with there hitch system. It involves tubes that are Incorporated to the underside that go way back up inside there. I even removed my venture dads hitch and sold it. I am not sure why you would want to lower it though, the height is just right for me. I am 5.10 (DO NOT WORRY AT ALL ABOUT MOVING THIS TRIKE AROUND) (LIKE I DID BEFORE I GOT IT) I already did ALL that worrying for you! you will be even able to push it around with your spouse on it !
