Going to Order the 64 bit Ultimate Full version this Sunday. Doing the full format thing From XP Pro. I am hearing nothing but positive feedback about 7 so far. (UP-DATE) 11/05/09 Well I got both Windows 7 in last Friday. I got the Windows 7 Pro (32 bit) for my Dell Mini and I got the windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit ) for my main system all I can say coming from a die hard XP fan , that this new environment is wonderful! I Will NOT go back.! The 32 bit W7 pro for my mini is running twice as fast on only (ONE MEG OF RAM)! Xp is only supported for another 2 years or so as well. I even went one step farther and ordered a new drive for both systems just in case. this was not going to work, they are so cheap now anyways. both of my original drives are on the shelf, I will place them back in and wipe them clean for extra storage later. NOTE: You do not want to up-grade from XP , Since it will not do a very good Job. I also am trying and so far so good is FIREFOX and Thundered Email Client , I am seeing that both of these run much smoother and better then IE ever has. (these are just my opinions in this subject) Some love Vista, Some want to stay with XP as long as they can! I say stay with it if you love it! Jeff

There is a light version of windows 7 for netbooks Dell is putting onto them now. Just ordered two netbooks last Sunday. with XP on them and 2 days later there is a $30.00 upgrade to windows 7 Oh Well *lol* I hear 7 is pretty awesome. never did like Vista. But I am still an old fan of XP pro. Dell says that Microsoft will still do up-grades for the mini laps in the future. Jeff

Phil, I just can not understand how the fuel goes back into the main tank with such a tiny hole in the breather vent tube? But seems to work OK then? Jeff

Question About Sprint MiFi?
Cougar replied to Cougar's topic in Computer help and tips for using this site.
Cougar, I found out some info for you over the weekend. As far as the 5 gigs It should be no problem going over unless you do a lot of video steaming etc... As far as turning it on and off , you can turn the MiFi off for 3 months at a time but still have to pay $8.00 per month for that 3 month being off. then you can re-instate it after that. Jeff -
I was wondering about MiFi and how many folks here can get up to the 5-gig limit per month? I am thinking of getting a couple of small Dell 10's Mini's and having MiFi instead of having cards put into each unit. that way there is only one fee. and up to 5 Units can access it. I would also purchase one with-out a contract so I could turn it on and off for the months not really using it as well. Kinda of a nifty little device. Any comments about this kind of set-up would be great! Thanks, Jeff
