  1. Tom, Where are the pictures,,,,,,,,,,,,, We need pictures
  2. Jeff They are in full swing mostly, but a little behind on delivery, but production is up, and running. They still haven't rebuilt a couple of the trailer molds yet.

    wiring bike

A good idea Condor, but you have to remember that the wiring isn't under the seat, but under the fender, and up to the back of the battery box. It could be routed in the wire frame up under the fender to the big grommet, and up under the back of the seat. The rear tire would have to be dropped to get to the wire run though, it is metal tabs that can be bent back to put the wire in then bent back into place.
  4. The aux tank is manual, on and off. I turn mine on at 1 or 2 bars on the dash, and it will fill to the bottom of the neck in about 8 to 10 miles. Some times I can smell gas at the finish if I don't wait till the bottom 2 bars. Don't switch the pit-cock back to main while it is pumping.
  5. I listed my Yeller RSV in the Classified,,,,,,,, Need to make room,,, I also have an GL1800 Motor Trike for sale.
  6. I use ABS Glue found at any hardware store, for ABS pipes ( the black stuff ) works great for things like this. It only works on ABS, and will peal off any thing else....
  7. I haven't used that tool yet but will look into it looks fairly good. I use and have for some years a Linux tool that is similar, and works very well. You have to READ the screen to move from step to step. I don't have the link to it here with me but will look for it, and post it. I would suggest to just reload it with XP if it has 512 Ram or more, and be done with it.
  8. I am assuming that you are talking about tail, and stop lights,,, Without seeing the back end I don't know,,,, but would think that 9 inch oval surface mount would work if there is the space for it. Flat space that is not curved.
  9. Motor Trike is a good kit, but they have not made one sense 2002 I think,, Gunboat may could tell ya on that as he has been to Troupe sense I have. I don't know the system underneath, but would suspect it is a ladder bar suspension. The drive train is a Ford 7.5, and bullet proof for these applications. I like my MT on the GL1800, and have rode the heck out of it in the last 6 years.
  10. Those are Kury or Big Bike... they have raised rubber pads in the grooves you see in the photo.
  11. The rake is increased, but the Trail is decreased. Clrar as Mudd: http://www.seegercycle.com/rake-and-trail.aspx
  12. Personally I think it would be easer, and cheaper to install a rake kit. That way you wont have to split the forks, and deal with that. I can get you info on rakes for the Venture if needed. 6 degree is what you want.
  13. I have been working with Pete for the last year on the interface for the Venture, but it seems to keep being put on the back burner,,, with the development of other products. I think the C-Buss is the biggest hold up. He is supposed to have someone sort of dedicated to the Venture project, but haven't heard any thing in a while on that either. Pete is a really great guy, but has too many irons in the fire I think...
  14. I saw nothing there that indicated that they even did or do the RSV,,, From what I know ( which is limited ) the only kits available for the RSV is Hannigan, and Tri Wing. See if you can get a photo of the one you are looking at. Now if your looking for a slightly different out of the box color on a Venture Trike with a Hannigan kit on it I now where a Bright Yellow one is that is for sale...
  15. Was camping last weekend in 111 temps, and came home early in 108 temps pulling my 600 pound camper, and with the extra weight of the Trike kit at full hi way speeds, and no over heating, at least of the Trike I was beat down though,,,,,,,
  16. Yes they are, and easy to setup the folders, and add music once you know the file structure... Look at this forum on the 1800riders. Pete hangs out there. http://gl1800riders.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=27
  17. Suck-a-rulla,,, The bringing the bike in that early in my opinion is not necessary ( that was what the guy I worked with did ) no need to have it sitting around until the kit is in motion. Don't know why they couldn't get on it for 10 days, it would have been first priority for me. Not Hannigans fault really they are working big time to get back in full swing. Things will work out I bet. The large deposit is common, and what I have to do also with all manufactures,
  18. Never heard of them till now,,,, If your commin to Gods Country, go on past Frisco, and come over to Strawn, and have a burger at Mary's,,,,, but don't eat the day before or bring a friend to help eat the burger there.....
  19. OK Tom any news
  20. I use a Hoppy converter also, and cant remember if I even checked the 4 ways, but the mail function does. I have LED tail lights on the Trike and trailer & camper. I am like straycatt. Come to think about it I don't think I have ever used the 4 ways on either the Honda or the RSV.....
  21. Me too
  22. Check the shipping cost before you order,,, I have found that some places have a fix shipping on small things that is out ragious. I got the plugs from Family Powersports, because the shipping was reasonable 9 or so bucks as opposed to 27,,
  23. Lookin Good great job,,,,,,
  24. You know that they charge to get into the Vendor area,,,,,,,, Lot of good stuff for the Wings, and some bargains maybe.
