    wolo horn

Harbor Freight sells the same brand horn for $49 and $39 not chromed. Been thinking about this for a while now. Steve
  3. Lowell, How much air did you run in the nexen, and what does "slite hunting" mean? Steve
  4. Dragonslayer, I'll just add this about the carbs, and I'm cerainly not a carb expert, but I did have the carbs apart on my 05 RSTD, and found white buildup from ethenal. Now, to see this, you will need very good magnification. If you do find this, you will need to clean it all off. It's something to look for while your in there. Can't help you with the float level though. Steve
  5. Jeez, looking at that creek, I'm just glad she could swim. That's a lot of water. Sounds like you need a long term plan to deal with that thing. Steve
  6. Kinda dark, but here's my garage.
  7. I'm thinking of cutting mine down too, I put a lowering kit on the back and now I look through the windshield. I'll start with 2" and see how I like it. I cut one down on my 86 VR and did like it. Steve

    2 Up?

Hey Wolfman, You can look at mine in Spring Green, but you won't find a back seat. Steve
  10. love the colour. What does the trailer look like? Steve
  11. Where was the bandshell? I know there is a nice one in Sheboyban. The next target will be real tough, I'll see what I can do. Steve
  12. I think it would be hard to beat the Harley Davidson pump. Steve
  13. Good Job Mike, just saw that you found one. Now for a bandshell. Steve
  14. My friend has one, and we mounted my CT with it, but couldn't mount a new front tire. The center it too tall for the three clamps that clamp the rim. He cut the clamps off and added an inch to each one, and welded them back on, now we can mount any tire with it. BTW, after you get it figured out, it works well. He mounted it to the floor of his garage. You have to get the MC adapter to go with it. Steve
  15. Couple years ago, went to the salt flats for speed week and saw them along side the road, so they are out there. Burma Shave-- Steve
  16. Couger, the HD is Harley Davidson. Dunlop makes the 402 exclusivly for HD. Steve
  17. I put on a dunlop. Steve
  18. I have a MT/90-16 Steve
  19. If I had taken pictures of a HD, dunlop, 402 rear and front running in the correct direction, you would see that the tread design run opposite of each other. If you then take the rear, turn it around and put it next to the front running in the correct direction it would then be the same. I just put a HD, dunlop 402 MT/90-16 of the front of my 05 RSTD. --running in reverse-- Steve
  20. One week ago, I put a harley davidson dunlop 402, MT/90-16WWW REAR tire on the front of my 05 RSTD, (running in reverse direction) and without question, is the best feeling front tire I have ever had, or at least noticed. The first 100 miles, I followed every tar snake, and rode every cement crack I could find, and this thing follows NOTHING!!! I suppose that I should add that one week before that, I put a Nexen CT, 165/80-15 that I had 2 1/4" WWW vulcanized on each side on the back. You won't go wrong, but---to each his own. Steve
  21. Looks like a real beauty Lowell! Good luck, Steve
  22. Good one Steve
  23. Good luck Don, and I hope your treatment goes well. Steve
  24. Wow, is that a sharp bike. I love the color, and it gives the whole package a very sharp look. Steve
  25. Right now, I use Rotella 15-40 but in my opinion, it isn't what brand that you use, but in actually DOING IT. Steve
