I am glad to see that you are up and around and looking for another venture so soon. After you get some ballpark figures, go to cycletrader.com. There are NEW 2010's, 2009's, 2008's and even 2007's for sale all over the country. Have fun shopping, Steve

when I pick up the Millenium RSV I've bought. Hey Randy, Nice, but you know the rules, PicturesIn Wisconsin this year in order for an insurance company to sell liability, they, by law must add under-insured and uninsured at 100/300, which added $171 per bike. Iv'e checked with two different companies and they both said the same thing. But as far as a multi bike discount, Mine and one other both offer it, but it's not worth talking about. Steve

Ben, I'm amazed and relieved to see you post now. (thanks sis) and I'm very sorry to hear of all that you, your family and friends had to go through. But I hope you all heal quickly and completely. And get some new rides under you. You are all in my thoughts. Steve

My thoughts and best wishes go out to the whole family. Steve

I'd be interested, but not for a couple of years. My DB WWW, Nexen, 165-80-15 has got a lot of miles to go. But thanks for checking this out for us. I'll keep this in mind for the future. Steve

I've been on the BRP and camped. In early June, it's really beautiful. I have been trying to remember the name of the road, (like the parkway) to the north. Anyone? Steve

That's fantastic news. Thanks for passing it on. Anything to avoid Chicago area traffic. that will make the trip out to Don's actually enjoyable. Steve

Gary, Wow, that is very impressive. Can't wait to see her. Steve

Greg, I put a barons rear lowering kit on my 05 RSTD, and did not have to change the side stand. If the barons front lowering kit was installed also, then you would have to have a shorter side stand. There is nothing in the kit except the lowering links, and brackets to change the rear brake mounting. Steve

I'll be heading there from Wisconsin. Really looking forward to this one. Steve

10 minutes behind the throttle felt like I WOULD get a ticket if I owned one. And the brakes were nothing short of amazing. It stopped faster than it took off. But the seating/handlebars wasn't the most comfortable for me. Steve

I have both, a 250 and a 650. The 200/250 would by far be the better to learn on. Good luck to your son, Steve

I've used the coleman hooligan 3 for 2yrs now, and is the best tent so far. Rain fly goes to the ground, vestibule is great for storing all the stuff I pack and easy up and down. AND keeps me dry 2 thumbs up Steve

Holy cow Charlie, That is a gorgeous combo for sure. Enjoy your new ride and see you around somewhere. And I just bought a KLR. Steve

Cougar, Congratulations to you, but it's not downhill yet. Probably one of the hardest things I've ever done. I also quit cold turkey in 87 after 20+ years of a pack a day. I'd say it took a good 5 years to not want to smoke a cig again. Hang in there and yes, you did smell like that. Yuk, ya, I know, I did too. Steve

Not a dumb question at all. FLB is correct in that if you reverse the rear tire, the tread pattern will then match the direction of the front. Reversing the rear and putting it on the front is simply a matter of opinion, or what you feel like doing, and as you know, opinions are like, well, you know, and we all have one. (or more) I stood at a HD dealer down the street a couple years ago and took the same size HD tire, Dunlop 402 MT90B-16 front and rear and stood them next to each other and the tread patter was reversed. Then I took the rear and reversed it and they now were going in the same direction. But to answer you question, that same tire, same size, it is the tread depth that is the difference. Front? 5/32", and rear 9/32". And if you are someone who cares about the width of a WW, the rear is wider. (in that tire) Steve

Don, or anyone for that matter, have you tried it? I would be interested in seeing how it would work on the my windshield. Maybe I should be the guinne pig. Steve
