  1. They are both the same except the yellow filter has a silicone anti drain back valve. So, is that a good thing? And do I want it for my bike?
  2. Are you talking about the pureone or the standard purolator?
  3. Too late, I already sent you a paypal
  4. That is way more than awesome Gary! How great to meet?
  5. Count me in for one. pay you later today
  6. I have a 05 RSTD, and some years ago I got a pair of RKs off of an 06. I drilled out the baffles, and cut out the catalytic converter on one of them and have had them on since. Sound good to me. Not real loud and not quiet either.
  7. I have a 05 RSTD and don't really have a problem with hot feet, but as far as a short windshield goes, around here I just take it off. Use it for trips or bad weather.
  8. Cool, but I like the comment: there's a garage right behind him. hahaha
  9. My 05 RSTD, I run 0 front and rear, with the exception of a trip, and then I put about 20-25 or so in the rear. WAIT, your talking about tire pressure, I meant forks and rear shock. I run about the same in my tires as you.
  10. It will be a lot different but very close to home and no travel. Money will likely not be as good but has potential of being very close. I am with you 100%, and I hope you go for it, and get it. Time is the one thing that you can't be paid enough for. Being home every night with your wife? Priceless! Every time I switched, or thought about switching jobs, and ended up doing it, it was a positive experience. The thought of it was scary though. The best to you in making your decision.
  11. Picked this up on Ebay last week, and it arrived today. My new traveling bag when I'm not going to take the trailer. It's a beauty! Can hardly wait to load it up. Should look good on the back of the RSTD. And lots of room for stuff! We need our stuff. Unfortunately, it's still winter here in Wisconsin. Snow tonight, minus temps in a couple of days, but it'll get here, sooner or later.
  12. Those are great links! And from Jasper back down on #5 . Can't wait to be there.
  13. Congrats Old Goat. I'm glad it worked out for you.
  14. And as I recall, campgrounds on the parkway. I' just might take it again from Don's MD. Would be heading to Epworth GA.
  15. We don't want to see it anyways, cause it's probably more snow. My cousin in Georgia has been shoveling that sh-t for three days he says. I say: hahaha
  16. Come to think of it, I did see her with the range door open, and now I am beginning to think that the (white) range is in that same equation of hers... ........... You know Eck, you may as well just get it over with. SS all the way around. You know it's gonna happen anyways.
  17. 1986 was the first year for the xl250r 12v.
  18. It would be nice to have one of them today. What year did the XL350 switch to 12v?
  19. I knew where that was headed. Good one And, of course she was right. hahaha
  20. My first bike that I bought new was a 1965 Triumph Bonneville that I bought in the crate, put together, and rode it out to Norfolk VA, as I was in the navy. Took it up to Boston while we were in dry dock, and some skumbag from BOSTON decided to steal it. I still have the title for it. Boston strong?------ NO!---Boston THIEFS! I'm hoping to replace it with another 65 bonny soon.
  21. I'm glad luck was on your side!! Those 880's have been a problem for MANY years. So glad you found it AFTER you were done riding. As far as those bicycle's and motorcycle's in the trees? Here's what I have to say about that:
  22. I just dumped accuweather. I'll try NOA weather free for a while and see how I like that. Thanks
  23. Maybe even see if we could find some fake tattoos and EVERYTHING!! Whadaya mean fake tatoos? come on buddy man up.
  24. It's in Ohio if I am correct. I remember taking a bus out to NY to pick up my 86 venture, now that was a venture!
  25. Of course it can wait. When are you picking it up?
