Had a similar experience with a 3/4 helment in my young (& stupid... ) days. Was going WAY too fast and caught a gust that ripped the cheezey snap on shield off the helmet. It was pretty dissconcerting! (a.k.a. scared the crap outta me). You may want to reconsider full facers if that's the only reason you don't like them. The windshield really takes a lot of that concern away anyhow.

Front tire wobble - hits me around 25-35mph. I'm usually 2-3X that speed so I don't run into it too much:whistling: -
Don, You da man! You've suceeded in the mission you described and I think I can safely say we all support the few constraints you've had to put in place. Thanks as always for making this place possible. I travel a lot and really miss it when I'm not able to spend time on the site for a few consecutive days. We all appreciate the work you've put into the site - and again when reconstructiong after the recent unfortunate event.
