  1. Bad-11 km/litre, 9 litre/100 km, 25.9 miles per gallon. Oh, it is my chart! Lonestarmedic - On your chart I didn't refuel yet. I confirm the increased temperature. It seems that the overestimated corners on small and average turns. Tomorrow I will replace a chart. I will try a new insertion of Ignitech.
  2. Tempiratrura didn't reach a red zone. On the street was + 10C. Usually on the country route temperature of the engine kept on a minimum, and now kept in the middle of a scale. Probably, I have a non-standard sensor of the fan - it works a little higher than a half of all scale.
  3. I received ignition charts from Gary. An old problem - all charts are calculated on use of TPS... Lonestarmedic - established your chart. I passed 30 km. For some reason the average temperature of the engine, on 15-20 C increased. I will do a bit of traveling 2-3 more days, I will replace a chart and I will look at temperature. I, however, again established COP.
  4. Dingy, and to Ignitech there is firmware (the steering microprogram)?

  6. I can't understand - why by means of MAP sensor to emulate TPS? Whether it was simpler to balance MAP and standart sensor (IAP)? I tested the chart of type2. Distance of 500 km, rider + passenger of =230 kg. To 2500 turns of power it isn't enough. Sweat-enough. The maximum speed - 180 km/h.
  7. You shouldn't remove. To cover with chrome or light paint)
  8. Lonestarmedic, try https://app.box.com/s/wc7hwsd7ec4y59e5mr2eu5i59dgmopbs gains steam without failures! With a power not everything is clear, tested without passenger. Obligatory recalibration of IAP is required. Experiment is required! To put on the passenger's motorcycle with the laptop. To disperse to the maximum speed (~ 180 km/h). To measure the maximum uncharging for standard boost sensor under loading.
  9. dingy, it won't turn out to work with 2 charts. Only, we have an option to depress an ignition chart on in advance set number of degrees. Its Retard.
  10. Dingy, my foto 2014 http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?40414-Aftermarket-TCI-available!&p=857722#post857722 the piece of a tin, 2 bolts and 1 barrel from a vtoroplast was necessary. TPS compliit)))))
  11. Be afraid of nothing, twist safely.
  12. MAP sensor 5v - the compelled decision. It is impossible to get rid of pulsations up to the end. It is partially justified for v75 and v80. The excellent decision-TPS, but for its realization it is necessary to work as hands. With an original sensor of anything it isn't necessary to do. Everything works. It was necessary to optimize ignition. Dingy, it is time for you to throw out from a set of MAP sensor and to add TPS. Or at all not to include sensors in a set, and to add COP ;)
  13. The original sensor has no pulsations at all. Maybe it is useful: Volts DC kPa 86...... 88 2.20 - 2.30 @ Atmosphere 2.05 - 1.90 @ 20kPa 1.90 - 1.75 @ 30kPa 1.65 - 1.60 @ 40kPa 1.50 - 1.40 @ 50kPa 1.30 - 1.25 @ 60kPa 1.20 - 1.15 @ 65kPa 1.10 - 1.10 @ 70kPa 0.90 - 0.90 @ 80kPa 0.85 - 0.85 @ 85kPa
  14. [h=5]lonestarmedic, and unless you have not v88? Work with original boost sensor.[/h]
  15. There are data that Ignitech can work with 18 volts on contact pieces of IAP. https://app.box.com/s/d7su3leoes2us8uezo902ml8b6qbns10 Here my vision of an original chart of ignition. But badly works. lonestarmedic, try to force it to work. But it seems to me, Dynostend is required here (
  16. It turns out that the range of discharge from 101kPa to 33kPa is not needed.
  17. V88 initially takes a signal from standard IAP. There is no need to connect separate MAP a sensor as in the v80 version. Ignitech is made for work with TPS. I went 3 months with TPS, everything was fine, besides, that this knot took a lot of place. Now I connected standard IAP. Fluctuations of pressure aren't present. But I don't accept the range of depression (kPa). It wrong.
  18. Guys, write the collective letter to Ignitech. Ask to make a correct chart of ignition. Now there isn't enough power on average turns. An incorrect scale of pressure for a standard sensor.
  19. To smooth pulsations it won't turn out. It is better to establish TPS. And it is even simpler to connect standard boost-sensor. About an ignition chart - I wrote the letter to Ignitech about 3 weeks ago. I asked them to modify an ignition chart according to service manual. So far the answer isn't present. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?40414-Aftermarket-TCI-available!/page26
  20. Need minimum 1mm for handmade gasket. Yamaha OEM -0.3mm

  23. Not necessarily. It is enough to remove fastening of the accumulator. Then to check coil resistance. On primary and secondary windings. And as resistance of pick up coil.
  24. Venture work over 3 min - fuel pump good.
  25. 5 years there was a tank from the car. No problem.
