So am I correct in that... The wheel bearings for venture will fit. The center wheel shaft will fit.. The brake rotors of venture will fit.. Thanks for help...

What do I need to know in order to modify the front wheel?? Are all metric front wheels the same?

Looking at wiring schemail for 99 venture. It shows a fuse between the fuel indicator and rectifier... Kind of weird.. anyone know where it is? Maybe this will fix my gauge that is flashing from both ends...

It was whites.. Previous owner had already changed rectifier once and when I changed it I found wires.. Haven't looked to see what's happening with wires this time, just know that voltage varies... cool days it foes about 13.3v at idle... warmer, hot days it is around 12.6 or 12.7 at idle.. May be the grounds bc I haven't found where the ground point is for rectifier... thinking of adding a second ground.

Very nice... what do I need to know about changing front wheel? I would like to put something different on mine... also can you do the grain in chrome? I'd love to send some small parts and get them chrome or color candy chrome.. rear lowers below battery and air filter, maybe lower panels...

Nah.. not to change stations... but it does still work with headsets.. I can still do the CB abd Intercom.. also listen to Kenwood through headsets.. Ran a set of RCAs to the AUX input for the factory radio..

I guess that's the one thing that I am glad I did- I guess that makes mine different... Just saw some chrome front wheel covers that I like.. Would like to see some wheels- painted or chromed.. I need to do something with mine.

Yep- learned this from RIdeLikeAPro.. Dropped mine on my dirt/clay road and got it up with that method.. and those highway bars will save the bike.. its almost like it didn't fall over- but it did... lol

Youre probably right... I will probably add an additional ground wire... Probably need to cheak out the ground but I haven't been able to find it..

I'm wanting to see some pics of Ventures that have something different.. Time to do something different to the bike or sell and get something different.. Been thinking about some Passenger highway pegs.. something that would look custom and smooth... Been thinking of lowering the front of the bike to match the rear... Been thinking of LED night kit for the bike... Been thinking about what is wrong with my gas gauge and Neutral indicator... Man I am bored tonight...

Well I have been thinking about putting some 90 deg tubing under my front fairing. Gonna point it at the rectifier... Seems like my bike charges great in cooler temps but once it gets hot- the volts go down. I have Ricks HIgh Output components... When I changed it out I found melted wires at the rectifier.... I probably didn't need the new parts...

The one I bought on ebay is still doing well... I have put about 10K miles on it. No issues.

Planning to change out front springs to progressive... (How can I lower the front end- do they make a spring kit for that? Of course changing out fork oil while changing springs... While in there- plan to change out steering head bearings.... Changing front wheel bearings... Changing rear Wheel bearings.... Anything else I should change while all these changes are being made... I'm making America Great Again.

Those are what I got... tourmaster.. but I would like to get 10k out of the rear..

Anyone have experience with shinko? About $150 for 2 tires shipped.. thought I'd give them a try... planned to buy Michelins but.... Also went ahead and ordered bearings for front, rear, and steering.. Anyone have experience changing them? Also got front springs ordered.. Anyone got any experience.. did you like the stock ride or progressive springs? Thanks

Broke one of the exhaust bolt/stud... Whats the best way to fix that?

I got the sub installed a few weeks ago- cant really hear it... but the good thing is it has a remote control for the volume so I can turn it down and up... Really have to open the trunk to hear it. But when the trunk is open it has a great sound. The unit in the link above was the one I installed- has a 2 channel amp that can power a set of speakers- so I used that on my fronts.

I put a Kenwood unit in my fairing.. but no CD player.. I don't think you could make it fit..
