I removed the center ribbon on my tank. So I can repaint 4 or 5 coats of clear on the tank. This is my second tank that I have on my bike. The first tank had little pits of paint on the top. So I removed the ribbon and never put it back. I think it looks pretty good without it. I got the second tank because it was under warranty. I flipped the cable over the handle bars and that's where it stays. Easy to plug in and no water in the out let cause it hangs down. :cool10:santa Hal

Hey John, You don't look at your tires very often do you? LOL It looks to me that the tire was over inflated that is why it wore out in the center. Glad nothing happened other than having to buy a new tire. Santa Hal aka Halmost There:cool10:

Hi my screen name was Halmost There, but now my screen name is Santa Hal. Today I attended the party to celebrate Dons life. Squid did an excellent job on giving the eulogy it was great. It was a great turn out. A lot of the Houston Crew and family was there. Had great food and plenty of it. Don we will miss you and think of you every time the Houston Crew go out riding. Santa Hal

I am brining my pit, so if anyone would like to bring something else that they would like me to cook, I will be more than happy to do so. I can grill and smoke on the pit. Hal
