    Rehabbing the old bike. Replaced all instrument panel bulbs, turned on ignition and the headlight warning illuminated. Headlight is very dim and won't cycle lo-hi beam. Replaced bulb, same situation. Now making sure the battery is fully charged. Light worked fine up until now. Any ideas?
