    well after long and thoughfull times. we had to put my Aunt in a home. age 69 and starting to forget us. and wasent takeing care of her self. but what i want to ask is any one out here interested in cassette tapes? i know most of us have these wonderfull players on our first generations. mine still works. so i will keep some of these for my self. there are close to 145 of them. some still new never played still wraped in plastic. ok now the bad there all country music from old to modern any one interested in some pm me im thinking of keeping most of the newer ones like alan jackson and so on but there are patsy kline, lorretta. stuff like that. pm me if any one would like a few. or if your looking for a certain one. i just might have it sincerly oldgoat

    well im sitting here by myself. fireworks where last night right on my street by the river. lots and lots of cars. motorcycles. Dianne is off for a needed time with family. most of my family is just to far for me to travel too. MD,MN,NC,FL.AZ. got an offer to try a goldwing trike today. i didnt do it. just not ready yet to ride. now being a male and some pepole wont ride on the back being male. i went with this friend for a 100 mile ride. i just needed to feel that freedom. even if i wasent in control. iasked him if he would ever sell it? he said next year yep. . 1989 with 45.000 miles now. for $$4500. to me. i said if i get the workers comp check before xmas i just might bite on it. i know not a yamaha but dont know where i could find a yamaha trike that cheap next spring? any way you all have a wonderfull rest of the 4th sincerly James aka oldgoat

    nice did you paint where the decal use to be where the yamaha and the eagle are.? i know they dont have the decal out there at least i never found one.

    leather tank top for the women? just something about leather. see im feeling a little better. while i wait for the fireworks tonight. and i live on the street down by the river where there launch these suckers. in about 4 hours i wont be able to move my car. thats how bad it gets down here, but i will be looking for leather tank tops while i look out my window LOL

    i met a peggy going to MD? she got off her husbands motorcyle to help give this old goat directions. and her husband with the racoon sunburn helped to. i hope there not still at that place where i stoped them?. tobmstones every where.

    ok who told Dianne about if she needs help with a new to her bike? she saw a nice 650 woman owned bike here in the classified. and said hey that wold be a nice one. looks like september for her though. still if she gets settlement then she can get some ride time in. i can just see it now. vroommm around the block just to rub it in that i cant ride for now. we also talked about letting my 84 go next spring. get somethin newer and hate to say it dependable. this one just was not taken care of. thank god she found a complete exhaust system one bad right muffler rust trough but thats ok jbweld and it wont show. and mines good so? because she said james relax i want to show you something that shop showed me. i went oh no not any more bad news. she said not realy as we got the parts comming in be here tomorrow. but the old exhaust was welded in places that it should not have been. headers welded to collector front ones ? a shame to as they where not rusted and shiney i think the welded tab can be removed from them. they welded a piece of small steel from header to collector. i will post pics when and if i can. so i guess what im trying to say is they f***ed it up. mufflers are good but rest of it was shot to hell. that explains the backfire while at idle? and the one day it scared a poor woman in the crosswalk. but enough i need to take meds go for a walk then back to my easy chair.

    well they sprung me im home. someone done a big cleaning here in the apartment? was lucky to find the computer. now i might be like some other guys on here but some women should never move a mans junk. i know its there been there for maybe 3 years but someday im going to move it or use it? but daughter,Dianne ,sister, gave the place a good cleaning. but i cant find the tv remote? me thinks they want me to get up and change the station every minute? ha ha fooled them. taped a heavy straw to the cane can now push the up and down button on the tv:big-grin-emoticon: from where im at. and there just aint something right about carpet on a toilet? you lift the seat and that damn carpet makes it slam back down. now i aint no fireman but i dont want my hose kinked. if ya know what i mean? well every one i cant tell you how much i owe all of you for your help. prayers donations. phone call to check up on me ect ect. now i know Boomer was looking for women? but hey i know where a big nurse is. gives nice back rubs. but could use a shave now and then? name is francis? owns a harley though has a rough voice. drinks jack daniels. sponge baths are up to you Boomer if your interested. well i better go for now limited to how much time i can sit here.     Don thank you for your help as well as the others here. we are verry close to the venture comming home. a little over $145 short. but i gave dianne permission to go through what ever stuff i dont use to take to pawn shop. i have aways to go before im steady again. next years MD i will be there. have to ask some of these pepole what your favorite drink is. so i can send ya a bottle of it. for next years MD please all of you be safe till then. i want to see all of you again. sincerly james aka oldgoat

    bobgobobny i have a little time here to get on line before i have to go back to my room. if dianne can figure out how to pull that ebay ad? we will put a stop on it. im sorry being sick and all made me forget that i did talk to some one at MD about the dash. and you did mention that in the future you need one and after all the help every one here has done for me and dianne as well to get my bike out. still in there by the way where just a little short. but verry verry close. if we can stop the ad i will tell her to put it away for you. so far no bids on it anyways LOL so im sorry my friend. we will see what we can do okay? sincerly james aka oldgoat

    thanks all for the donations. found a exhaust collector for $250? asked if he would take$175 no answer yet. here it is friday and im suck in this place. tomorrow i get shocked in the leg sounds like fun? i dont want to get hooked on pain meds but dang no pain is nice. then there going up the leg to check the heart? any one have this done? will it hurt like heck? looking for clogged artery i guess? i begged and nurse said i can have diet 7up and grahm crackers at 10:pm bless her and shes cute as heck too. nope its not the male one. im not that drugged yet. well off to see if wrestling is on. good night my friends:draming:

    after lunch break and this nurse is nice let me have the lap top. monty i was born in a little town called oglesby illinois well born in peru grew up in oglesby. at age 14 moved to brainerd MN love that country. when i was young but now brrrrrrrrrrrrrr im no good at them -50 windchill nights. and dingy all the parts are on the bike now. at that cost of $800.00 the donations brought in $170 so far and man that was verry nice of all of you and boss well what can i say? every little bit is helping and from calling the jerk at the shop i just need to bring in $400 more and the bike can leave his happy shop? so $800 for parts $400 for labor? and i still have to get the exhaust fixed.? well he did say he will pull the exhaust for free and if i can get the collector it will cost about an hours more labor and the bike can roll on down the highway on its own power? so ouch!!! trust me this wont ever happen again. i got good friends here. next MD they can help. beer is a good price for good labor and laughs and good food and well you get the point. and you would think there would be some kind of after market collector but?? i did find a whole exhaust on ebay from pinwall rough looking but the collector is there cost around $150 with shipping anyone close to this shop in ohio? i could pay the $99 for all of it and have a member pick it up and send me just the collector i will pay shipping and just pass on the rest of the exhaust to others or i can pick it up at next MD would save me on shipping all that stuff i dont realy need.

    hello every one thank you all. they wont let me out of HERE. looks like at least a week. they found more wrong with the brain lesions damn. so now antibiotics getting put into me for this whole week. i feel allright? but docs say im not. whats nice though is i can have the lap top for an hour then they take it away. still looking up to see what P.A.D is? something in the leggs that can cause a stroke or brain problems even death. like i said i feel fine. they got me walking pretty good. dianne is working today. and didnt take my call last night. looks like old goat is in the bad barn ? my daughter went back to minnesota witha stearn warrning to say your sorry dad to her once again im in the bad barn. its just so damn frustrating when i was feeling good at MD and then in like a couple days wham im down. and allmost for the final count. then this damn motorcycle shop, dont help much cost to get it out is $400.oo and thats after dianne and I paid 800.00 all ready to this shyster. maybe im treating this shop wrong too after all 3 rebuild calipers cant be cheap? he said 85 each? new rear rotor $185.oo new rotor bolts $15 each? master rebuild kit $55? upper front one? rear one same price? ok still not $800.00 but close then they break the collector. and monty yep thats the break he showed dianne. he said he would pull the exhaust but it cant be welded? i think they dont know how? so i might send it out to someone here maybe cupcake to see if they can get new outlets welded on it. . well im about to crash for a while. pain meds are wonderfull sometimes. but i think its because i get onery and the nurse likes when where all knocked out? many thanks again the donations are comming in. i owe you all big time. if im rambling its the meds and i better put this lap top away and take a nap.

    well the doc wont let me out but said i can play on this laptop till 11.00 pm and i got my own room. as for dianne i sent my daugher Amber to her house to say im sorry. after i got a butt chewing from her. im the only male here so i wont win. i think your right guys she was trying to keep the motorcyle from upsetting me more. im 51 and 2 30 year old women are teaching me? as for help yeah i can use it. trust me i will pay this back when im on my feet. but if anyone can find a collector that will be a great help as well. i can trade a 1984 complete dash with just over 18,000 on it wire bulbs and all. i just need to get the bike away from this shop. here is my paypal hackstudio@yahoo.com ok where you guys learn so much about women?

    monty and every one im sorry about dianne. im useing my daughters laptop. and asked if i can get out as soon as doctor makes his final rounds im angry at her. im sick and she lied to me. the bike is locked up at the shop the brakes are fixed he jacked dianne and I around 800 for just the parts now to remove the bike i have to pay labor he didnt state how much? but said right muffler pipe broke off at collector. my daughter went to see it and he showed her that a piece of rusty pipe is in the muffler and with a mirror showed her that indeed the collector is broke there. so im trying to get out of here and see waht the heck is going on? im in need of the collector. bad. any one has one let me know please. and im so ashamed at what she done if you need this old goat to go away i understand. i think she thought that i would be in here for a while so she could get the bike out. but the lie i wont accept.

    every one its dianne. i had to tell james his bike was not fixed we had a little fight. they have racked up 800.0 of his and my money. and now called me and said thats just parts. but when they removed the right muffler it broke from rust and needs a exhaust part that runs on the bottom to the rear. i have no idea what that is?collector???? i have no more money to get parts right now as he doesnt as well. i called and said stop work on the bike they said they want the labor money they done before bike can be taken out of there garage? i have no idea what it is they will call me monday. i know its not right to ask for donations or someone to call this shop. and help me. if someone has this part maybe i can at least buy that. this is going to cause problems. with james and I sorry for comming here to ask for help. good bye for now dianne.

    hello every one, james can go home tuesday. they got him up to walk some today. and he was pushing him self hard to get around the whole floor. he did good. balance a little off. some PT and use his cane and lose some weight. he be ready for next years MD if all goes well and my job stays in illinois i might go there with him. the family still wants him to drive the car. there next year. he said he,s okay with that. he said he might look for a used pickup and haul the bike down there just so he can say he rode with the group. his daughter said where going to have to take the keys away from him for the bike. at least for a month. till his balance gets better. i have it locked in the garage. for the cost of doing that bike. it stops real good. his next plan if we let him. is pull the plastics off? he wants cracks fixed and a repaint. the family wonders what that will cost? if he,s good we might pitch in and do that for him for xmas. so anyone here do paint jobs, and can we ship the parts after he pulls them. to anyone that does that. well i took to many days off and this is my last one so. im going to take it for myself he,s in good hands. tell big tom the nurse said he was a good boy so he gets a small cup of ice cream james is excited about that. well every one from james and I have a good day. ps james said since im on here now i need a name? so fire away if ya got any good ones i can use.

    sssshhhhhhh everyone it,s me oldgoat. dianne snuck her laptop in so i have to make it quick. plus i have a male nurse tonight. a big brute. first i want to say thank you from my heart. your all like a big family to me. squid dianne said you called sorry no phones allowed in these rooms. but dont worry cupcake if i need help i will call. im feeling better. long way to go but i will get there. it was nice to meet all of you at dons MD now i got to get off of here that male nurse will be doing his rounds soon. dont get mushy on me but i love you guys and gals PS tell big tom they wont give me ice cream yet. i did get a club type sandwich with a diet dr pepper. well im gone for now. he,s about 5 rooms down so im off Oldgoat
