    im 5foot 9 inches and sad to say 260 pounds. i know thats not good. i try to do my best and walk as much as i can but health problems set in at one tome 5 years ago i was 210 pounds and felt great. i was a janitor walking around 6 miles a day just cleaning the place where i worked. when i get healed up i will try and work it off. only thing that bothers me is one of my doctors said james man can not travel on a empty stomache. then laughed and said you could make it around the world and be fine:confused24:

    i like the last tool. i recall the day i threw a tool like that right across the garage and into my dads brand new car battery sitting on the work bench. all because i tought i could use a screwdriver to pull the tire off of my bike and punched a nice hole in the inertube. there by wrecking my whole day not to mention the next 2 weeks of being grounded for the new battery

    mini i might not be there by motorcycle. but the car is still in tip top shape. after the daughters wedding may 21st i have a few days to rest and get ready for MD. good lord willing i will be there.

    i was thinking. and dreaming about the next MD at freebirds. and thought since minimuffin. likes buckets and water so much. wouldnt it be great if we could rent a dunk tank and put her in it? sell tickets. and donate the money to a good cause like ST judes ect ect. should we take this to a vote???

    can you just see the look on a persons face if a meter maid caught up to you doing say 70mph with a cushman scooter? i would trade in my pontiac.

    well not with motorcycles. but moving up with my PT and moving a little better. i now moved up from snail to turtle. i made it half way around the gym. today with the use of the walker. orthopedic doc said the left knee is in real bad shape and the last operation. back in november 2009 prety much did it in there is verry little cushion. cartlage. left the bone on bone. is makeing the knee cap grind. he agreed to let me keep it untill july. then we talk total replacement. he said he would like it done before next winter. because i need to move that new knee around and in the winter there is verry little room around here to walk and exersize. im just happy i can now stand and move even if its not verry far and i need the use of a walker. where trying to get me back to the use of a cane. i have 2 weddings to attend my daughter in may. and a old friend in july. one i give the daughter away. the other im the best man. he,s a old neighbor from MN just cant figure out why a 72 year old would get married again. and ask me to be his best man/ i think he out lived all of his other neigbors LOL. or could be all the scrap we use to collect and find out we spent more time cleaning that crap. just to make a few$$. but the memories of him and how tough that old bugger is. makes it all worth the while.

    hey now i resemble that person now. with the 2 foot snow drifts and my walker. im going to maybe have to give that a try?

    your a good person. i too lived out in the sticks in minnesota. for some reason every one thinks your a refuge for there unwanted animals.. i was taught by my great grandma and grandma, that there gods creatures. take care of them and they some how take care of you. like my dog just a little terrior mix about 15 pounds crawled out of his box at a friends house because mom had to many pupies and he was the runt. he was under weight. and looked like he wasent going to make it. i put him in a blanket took him home. bottle fed him and kept him warm. a little clock in his box made him think it was his moms heartbeat. well i had farley for 19 wonderfull years. you get back what you put in.
