    hey mini maybe check into buying hunter socks that are heated? to keep his foot warm. there battery operated. I used them a lot when I hunted up in MN.

    I am on my way out to my sisters house. after she picked up my aunt at the home. we opened presents last night and today is for the aunt. she has dementia so we pick her up for about 4 hours then take her back to the home. as for presents well let,s just say it,s been a darn good year. I bought the 2000 Honda shadow from leadwolfs, wife sue. it will be deliverd sometime in the spring. I got lot,s of usefull clothes. and things I need. and friends here what more could I ask for? so from me to you have a merry Christmas everyone.

    high winds and cold rain here. might turn into snow? could get 1 and a half to maybe 4 inches? central IL here.

    well my old dell computer bit the dust. and I was going to go get a new computer. when the fedex man showed up today with a nice size box from my daughter and son-inlaw in side was a new HP computer:cool10: now I have to figure out this windows8 stuff. this computer has 8gb ram and 1tb? hard drive. and just a basic dvr dvd player and burner. came with a 20 inch monitor. looks like my year has got better than my last 3 or so years. I bought a new to me Honda shadow ace750.. 2000. that will be here this spring. so looks like some good times might be my way. if I was in that Christmas contest I would have to say this year would be one of my many best ones. good family and good friends here who could ask for more?

    yeah i feel good but credit is also due to kings tire owner in lasalle IL. kind of nice to see some pepole are not out to make money and do care? i know where my next tires will come from for my pontiac next time i need them.

    today i was out doing laundry. when i saw a lady in the parking lot looking at the back right side of her car? i went out and she had a flat tire. she said she had no spare no jack nothing to change this or fix this tire. i went to work and got out my floor jack and huge 4 way tire wrench. with my knee i had a little trouble but got the tire off. told her to watch my laundry and i will be right back. i went down to kings tires just down the road to see if it could be patched? well the tire had a huge screw in it that came out the side wall. and the tire was pretty well shot. so i said hey do you have a used tire you could sell as they do have them. then i explained why i could not afford a new tire. the owner put on a brand new tire and just charged me for mounting. then said merry christmas. it,s people like you who do good things for others and i want to help pass it on. so i give a big A++++++++++++ to kings tire of lasalle IL the woman is now back on the road and the smile and thanks from her just made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

    your doing good i had my left knee done in august this year. i went from the hospitial to a rehab center due to me having MS as well. i pushed my PT just as much as he pushed me. right now i can fully extend it. and im at 115 bending. i dont have that night time pain i had with the old knee. i do have some stiffness if i sit to long then get up. i use 8lb weight on the ankle. for liffting. thats a lot of weight for a new knee but due to my MS i had a very weak quad muscles. now i can walk the mall with my great niece and walk the old railroad tracks with her. so you keep working that knee you be surprised on how you will feel latter on.
