well the title came in to day at 9:am down to the DMV to get her ready. for the state of IL.1 hour latter she got her new plates and all her paper work done. then back to the apartment to get the helmet put the plate on stella and the tab. told her lets get to know each other ok? fired her up and off we went. took me a little while to the floor boards. as I have a size 10 foot and the boots have steal toes. hard to get the tip of the left boot under the shifter. but stella was very nice about it. soon got the hang of them board and off we went to the state park. where I had a soda and a hike. while she waited for me. then off we went again for a 70 mile ride to no place just go here and not care. as all roads lead home sometime. I must say she road like a dream. kevin aka leadwolf 56 and his better half took care of this bike and I am totally happy with this bike. all I been through in the last 2 years went away with just one heck of a ride. kevin and sue thank you. and you too eusa1 for hooking me up with them. I will go out again latter today as for this being my first ride. I am a little sore LOL. the total left knee replacement is not a year yet and it gave me a little hint that it was time to rest. and take the pain med. but did I say I was happy?

thanks I got it turned off. I had a Honda 750 about 9 years ago if you did not shut off the fuel it would go into the crankcase better to be safe then sorry.

she is under a nice warm cover. waiting to be rode when the title comes. LOL I had 5 people ask if it was for sale they thought it was from the next door yard sale LOL that is why I put a cover on her. now a dumb question which way is on for the fuel petcock? straight up and down? my eyes must be bad or maybe because the bike is so clean I cant read the petcock LOL. 2 people said nice Harley hugger LOL. any way send that title my friend I have an itch to ride I need to scratch LOL

well today kevin aka leadwolf56 and his better half. and there 2 friends brought stella a 2000 Honda shadow ace to my front door. I must say I am excited as a kid at Christmas time. the bike was well taken care of. the service these people did for me was awesome. I bought the bike a while back kevin and sue stored it and brought it to me. but old age is getting to us all.. kevin forgot the title . will fedex it to me. should be ready to ride by next weekend. if he ships that title out asap LOL. I am ready for the road and some 2 wheel riding .

yes!!!!!. I been yelling at my face book friends we did like 12 of them for her congrats we where working like mad for her.

well its 7 blocks up hill and in the next town from where i was and its upstairs. i think i will buy all pastic furniture LOL once again thanks every one.

i want to thank every one for the prayers and donations. i have found a new place and will be moving in on the 1st of may right now i,m still at the hotel untill then. i have been down to the old place and i can now get in and check some of the damage. every thing that is soaked i,m just tossing out. i have lost all of the furniture. all of my personal papers are just a big ball of wet paper in there drawers. i guess that bad but can be a good thing as when i go to toss them. no one can get any personal info off of them as they just fall apart. looks like i can save all of my wolf and eagle figures. that made me feel good as there just mudddy and can be washed. also all of my faimly pictures where high enough on my walls that they never got touched. now some even better news if you can call it that. my motorcycle helmet that i bought brand new survied!!! the damn thing floated on top of my kitched tabble was still in it,s box so i opened it and damn that helmet was wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap. just lost the carboard box. the helmet was dry as can be. it still breaks my heart as some things i had since i was a chilkd is gone. and some i hads wen loved ones passed. but as long as i have my departed loved ones in my heart i still have there memory. and there is nothing that can take that away. things can be replaced like furniture. dishes bed and stuff. i will not let this get me down. i shall go on and build new memories thank you every one. sincerly james aka oldgoat PS when it gets warmer i will be asking for the delivery of my scooter .nothing like . 2wheels and a open road to let your thoughts of the bad just drift away in the wind.

just to let every one know the illinois river flooded and took out my apartment. it,s under 5 ft of water. i lost every thing but some clothes the computer and my car. right now ia m in a hotel looking for a new apartment. so kevin leadwolf58 and mike eusa1 if you see this it will be a while before we can get the bike to me. dont worry i still can do the rootbeer when the time comes. i figure i lost about $4000 worth of personal stuff. even a brand new $175 helmet i forgot that i took it into the apartment the day before. damn it i am so depressed right now.. i will rebuild it will just take time. james aka oldgoat

well I been in hospitial last week. had a 8 mm size kindey stone in my left kidney. they went in and pulled some of it out . ouch ouch ouch. placed a stent in side lots of medication. some of the good kind. my back is still killing me? even with the pain meds? I have an operation on the 21st to remove the stent break up more of the stone or stones?. then another stent put back in. this is not fun. I am waiting on good weather to have my motorcycle brought to me. and now I have a set back. does it ever end? good news is my left knee replacement is doing good. I lost some weight. not much but 14 pounds is a start. now to heal up the kidney and ride.
