praying for you. I have optic neuritis . that is how they found out I had developed MS. there are times when I will get pain in my left eye and it feels like it wants to pop out. the doctors put me on steroids. soon the vision returns. some times I get floaters or halos. when this happens I cover up that eye and I can ride. takes some adjustment but can be done.

gee don't you know how to say the picture came with the frame? when I was married I had a picture in my wallet of a dear female friend. of course I told the wife that the picture came with the wallet. it did not work but I gave it a heck of a shot

I bought what I thought was a 2000 manual for my Honda shadow ace 750. person on ebay said it was in a 2000 Honda shadow 750 ace . but book says 1999 on it will it still cover the 2000? only paid 8 bucks with shipping for it? small tear on the cover but inside is clean thanks

I just put the shield down on my helmet. said have a good day officer. waited till he pulled out and away then I went on my way. took the next exit back to my town. glad to see I did not break the law. if I would have got a ticket I was going to fight it.

I went out for quick ride on the motorcycle. I was on I 39 doing about 65mph when all of a sudden lights are flashing behind me. I pull over. and the officer said. you must have eye protection? I said the motorcycle has a wind screen. plus I had on my eye glasses. but had my helmet shield up. he said eye glasses are not safety type eye protection? he said put your helmet shield down and I wont give you a ticket? looking at the law it says as long as the motorcycle has a wind screen. no eye protection is needed. me thinks he was having a bad day?

looks like they will come inside and place the items in my living area. this is included in the shipping as walmart hires independent movers to take the items from there site to your place. they will place the items inside. but they do not put the items together. the recliner they will place in the spot where you want it. the rest is up to the buyer. they are paid to do this as it is included in the cost. tipping is up to the buyer. as they are not walmart employees. so looks like the daughter will order online have it sent to my local walmart then from there to myplace. I want to say thanks to everyone for there offer to help haul it upstairs for me. but looks like I am good to go.

ok how do I explain this with out sounding dumb? my daughter lives in MN she wants to purchase some furniture for me from walmart. this includes a recliner, computer desk. some end tables and dresser for the bedroom. and a 32 inch flat screen tv. they said they can ship it to my door for a shipping charge from my local store? cost to ship all the items is under $80 as all of the items will be put on one truck. ok now here is the question that might sound like I am dumb. they said shipping is to my door? so they will not bring it inside for me? my door is up a flight of stairs. then there is a deck. so it looks like I will have to lift this stuff into my apartment by my self? when you open my door there is 5 more stairs to go up. I just cant handle that recliner. by myself the rest I have to put together and there in boxes that wont be too much of a problem but that chair will be. maybe if I offer the delivery person $20 bucks he will take it inside for me?

yes I did move it back to the road position. I too have been there and done that:rotf:

day 2 with stella. went real good. we took off with cloudy skies above but still 65 out side. got the shifter adjusted for my big boots. and headed off to see a small farm my grandparents had in Utica IL. all was good. then a little rain came. not bad. stella did not care. she just kept going. I pulled into a gas station. to do my thing. a bottle of water and seeing some rain . makes ya want to pee LOL. we took off stella and I when about2 miles from home. stella acted funny? sure enough. when I was at the station my mind was on going pee. and I forgot. to put gas in stella. turn her to RES. she was fine. headed back to that station. filled her up. she was happy. and now we are home she is under her cover and I am waiting for more rain to come. if my figures are right she got close to 49mpg. average speed about 70mph. I love this bike.
