well I hope they find out what it is. as for what I think. I think your suffering from mad cowpuc disease your mad you cant take tweek and tippy and your self out to ride. your mad the quacks I mean docs cant find out what is wrong right now. but they will. I will keep my prayers going that they figure it out. as for antibiotics I feel for you on that I am on them for a infection I got from the burn wound I got 3 months ago I got a staph infection most likely from the nasty E.R room here I never saw suck a dirty place for a hospital . I ended up with what the call cellulitis a very pain full just under the skin infection. so with antibiotics I hope they can heal it. you take care now. sincerely james AKA oldgoat

now if it would have been that 4cyl one I might have went for his price. I too loved that old 350 I had. but back then living in MN I need a good running truck at the time. and I traded it for a nice 1964 f 100 pickup. and I wish I still had that old truck too. -

I understand it is indeed an antique. nice bike I had one . but I thought to get this in to pristine condition it would cost some serious $$ as a daily rider it could be cleaned up for a fair price. new tires. carb work. battery flush that tank out. fresh fluids and brakes. complete tune up. maybe I was wrong? just thought I could fix it up and make a quick flip? was not looking to make a ton of $ on it. as you never get out of it what you put into with labor. -
i went out to look at a honda cb360 so called barn find i should have took pictures. well i went to this farm house about 3o miles from my place got there went out to the barn there was a brown cb360 so he said? turns out it is a cb350. ok still interested as i had one at one time. ok story goes it ran 5 years ago before he parked it. tires have rot and flat stops from still in the same place on very low tires. gas tank was full but stank like varnish. so carbs are going to be torn down and cleaned? she turns over. brakes will need work. has chicken poop on it. has 4500 miles on it. i thought ok good winter project i offerd $500 thought that was fair? he said he wont let it go for less then $1200. sorry to say it is still there:rotf: he said he saw people pay way more for these LOL

cowpuc. when I lived in MN brainerd. there where a few of these around. there is an antique rally in pine river MN. one or 2 show up now and then but they are rare. I recall my first snowmobile was a ski-daddler? made by AMF bright orange and black? I think they went that color because they had the Harley franchise back then it went a whopping 35 mph LOL then I went to a sno-jet dang near killed myself on thing I hit a fish house at night with it. I was not paying attention no lights on in the fish house. thank god it was a canvas one. I took that thing out like it was nothing. broke the hood on the sled minnow buckets fishing poles and all scatterd every where.

took my bike over to a dealer today. was looking to buy chain wax. mike EUSA1 told me about this stuff thought I would give it a try. saw the dealer Kawasaki dealer by the way and not Honda. was doing a inspection service for a donation for cancer. so I gave them $10 bucks he goes around my bike checked things out came back to me and said your chain has a few stiff links? now I know I oil that chain every 500 miles and I just did it before the root beer run. come to find out he is right. he said cost to replace the chain and sprockets will cost close to $200 installed? I have no place to perform this myself as I know I can. he said I need to upgrade to a gold chain? cost $125 plus tax. and I should switch out the stock 41 rear sprocket to a 38. as it will give better performance ? that sprocket comes with a standard 17 teeth front sprocket as that is the only one that can go on the front. that price is close to $60 for that set. and he will go half on labor since I donated to cancer fund. he did lube the chain for me and adjusted it and said I got maybe another 600 miles on that set. I hope this is a good price? as I have seen the standard chain and sprockets here at JC whitney for a total of $120 bucks. but that dealer says he wont install parts he don't order?

well my brother in-law came home today. he can walk around the house with a walker. he is confused he keeps saying this is not his house? we show him the family pictures on the walls and all of his old hunting stuff. like the ram head. boar head. bear skin and deer antlers he is catching on that maybe he really is home. his speech is slow but we can understand him. for some one who went from blinking to speaking even though he takes his time to think what he has to say. we are amazed. he lost vision in his right eye docs say that could return? he lost use of his right hand for now? he is a lefty and says he don't care. but my sister said he better. he has right leg and toe drop? he knows the right leg is up when he tries to walk but takes time for the brain to tell him to put it down? he is trying so hard to get around it wears him out. PT comes in every other day starting Monday. he cant be left alone so sister had her work moved to her home computer. his grand daughter watches him for about 2 hours so grandma can get out of the house chores done. mostly he sits in his recliner till there both in the house . then he does laps around the inside of the house. docs say maybe in 2 months we can work him into using his cane? once again thank you all for the prayers -
Race with a Harley I raced a Harley today and after some really hard riding I managed to PASS the guy. I was riding on one of those really, really twisting sections of mountain road with no straight sections to speak of and where most of the bends have warning signs that say "MAX SPEED 50 KPH". I knew if I was going to pass one of those monsters with those big-cubic-inch motors, it would have to be a place like this where handling and rider skill are more important than horsepower alone. I saw the guy up ahead as I exited one of the turns and knew I could catch him, but it wouldn't be easy. I concentrated on my braking and cornering. Three corners later, I was on his mudguard. Catching him was one thing; passing him would prove to be another. Two corners later, I pulled up next to him as we sailed down the mountain. I think he was shocked to see me next to him, as I nearly got by him before he could recover. Next corner, same thing. I'd manage to pull up next to him as we started to enter the corners but when we came out he'd get on the throttle and out-power me. His horsepower was almost too much to overcome, but this only made me more determined than ever. My only hope was to out-brake him. I held off squeezing the lever until the last instant. I kept my nerve while he lost his. In an instant I was by him. Corner after corner, I could hear the roar of his engine as he struggled to keep up. Three more miles to go before the road straightens out and he would pass me for good. But now I was in the lead and he would no longer hold me back. I stretched out my lead and by the time we reached the bottom of the canyon, he was more than a full corner behind. I could no longer see him in my rear-view mirror. Once the road did straighten out, it seemed like it took miles before he passed me, but it was probably just a few hundred yards. I was no match for that kind of horsepower, but it was done. In the tightest section of road, where bravery and skill count for more than horsepower and deep pockets, I had passed him. Though it was not easy, I had won the race to the bottom of the mountain and I had preserved the proud tradition of one of the best bits of Brit iron. I will always remember that moment. I don't think I've ever pedaled so hard in my life. And, some of the credit must go to Raleigh cycles, as well. They really make a great bicycle... thought I would give an update prayers do work. I just found out that a team of doctors came up India came up on Saturday. and called the home where my brother -in law was sent. to under go drug treatment for the bleeding in his brain. well they said they where ready to do the risky operation. at 2;00 am sunday they did the operation. it was a success they stopped the major bleeding. today Monday. Dan my brother in-law. sat up is talking not too good but we can understand him. he can stand up with the use of a walker. he did lose his hearing in the right ear but it was bad from the stroke 6 years ago. today they will try and see how far he can get down the hallway with the walker. if all goes well he can leave the hospital. and the home. and go home to stay on Friday. he is not out of the woods. as 4 years from now they will need to do a update operation? but hey if we get to keep him for 4 more years and no more strokes during that time he will see his grand daughter graduate high school in 2015. that was all he wanted when this stroke got him. but now he is looking forward to seeing her get married some day. thank you all for your prayers I am blessed to belong to such a warm bunch of people here. -
