    If any 1st gen's are wanting arm rests they have a pair on ebay. Item number: 370154046395. I really like ours.

    I have been in contact with the Oberlin Inn and they have a few rooms left. We have filled our block of rooms, but they will still discount any available rooms if you identify yourself as a VR member. They need to verify that everyone that had originally booked rooms for the first date be sure that they will be there at the new date(June 5&6). They have given me a list of last names since I have the reservation booking in my name. If you would please pm me and let me know if you still plan on being there that would be great. They do not want anyone to be charged that was booked for the original date that they switched reservations for. Please give me your last name in the pm please. They want to make sure we are happy. Thanks for your help.

    Mariner Fan give the Oberlin Inn a call. They usually have rooms left and if you say you are with us they will give you the discounted rate. They are a great group of people to work with. Very good to us.

    Don't know about the motel 6, but Oberlin Inn lets us park our bikes under their covered patio. They have been real good to us. Give them a call and tell them you are with the vr group. They will give you a discount. I'm sure Jay(Roadkill) will let you know about the other.

    Way to go Hope! Do you need a bigger doorway now to go thru Charlie. I'm sure you are swelled up with pride. You have a great daughter and you aren't so bad either.

    We stay at the Best Western across the main road from Cracker Barrel. They have treated us well every time. There is also a Bass Pro Shop next door.

    Hubby got a new vest for Christmas and we are looking for a large venturerider patch for it. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Be nice.

    I wish we could, but I'll be smack in the middle of my busy season. I won't have a day off until after April 15th.

    If you look in the first generation tech talk under fuse block there are the numbers that you will need. Also a picture of the one that Squidley did on his 86. We did it to both of our bikes and it works great. You also can get one that has room for more fuses for accessories. Hope this helps.

    Glad to be of service. She was more than happy to take care of us. She must have had a bad day when Lonna called. Maybe she hadn't got any wind in her face to straighten her out.

    The Oberlin Inn has come thru for us again for Don's maintenance day. They have set aside a block of rooms for us for Friday & Saturday nites. They are giving us a rate of 89.95. Just be sure and tell them that you are with the ventureriders so they can get the rate right. The phone number is 440-775-1111. They are anxiously awaiting our arrival.

    Glad to hear things are looking up. I can't imagine all of the devastation in the area. Now maybe things can get closer to normal.
