Tore off the carbs today and found the leak. It was the seal on the float tank. Ordered 4 somi can do all four carbs. Should have it back on thebroad in no time!

Will the I basket completely get rid of the chirp? The 07 I just purchased with. 1200 miles on it has a slight chirp. I wonder if it is worth having replaced. I have 4 years of warranty. -

Thanks Craig. There isn't a ton of info on these bikes on the web. The bike has been repainted and looks sharp. If all else fails I will part it out and make money. I hate to part out such a sharp looking bike.

I bought an 86 Cavalcade with 23000 miles to fix up and sell. Looks to be in excellent shape. Has a gas leak or stuck float. Praying it is an easy fix.

I bought my Voyager from Mike a couple months ago. He delivered it. Mike is a good guy!, I have it for sale as I don't fit on it! My son was out to Scottsbluff last month for a job interview but he turned it down.

We got home from picking up the 07 Tour Deluxe I purchased. I didn't ride it home due to some sinus junk but had an opportunity to zip around town a bit tonight. I am surprised at how much lighter it is than my Ventures. I can see myself riding in town more than before. I haven't had it on a road so I can't compare. I need to get a new left side lower as he leaned the bike up against something and took a chunck out of the lower. If you see a black one on Ebay that matches an 07 please let me know. Other than that the bike is like new with 1200 miles and warranty good through September of 2014!

I'm supposed to get my 07 Tour Deluxe tomorrow. I'm meeting the guy half way. It has 1200 miles on it plus over 3 years of warranty on it. I also got a great deal! I have had two 2000 MM Ventures so I have a pretty handle on what to expect. I know the difference between the two but what can I expect in the difference between handling and riding? My wife doesn't ride so I'm looking forward to a sharp looking bike without all the extras. My helmet is blue tooth so I'll still have my tunes via my iphone. Can't wait to get pics - although it is completely stock!

Mike is right - I never did leave! I kept my membership and kept coming back to check out how things were going here. I joined forums for the other brands I've ridden lately but Ventureriders IMO is the best. The other forums were worth the membership just for the help a person receives but this is the place I have connected. You are all part of the reason I went back to a Royal Star - the bike had little to do with it!

I am back! I made a sweet deal on an 07 Tour Deluxe this afternoon! Let's see, this will be the third time around for me. If things work out I should get it this Saturday. It has 1200 miles on it!

I had an 05 Ultra and it did handle better than the Ventures I had. The Ventures were much better on the open road.

That is true and something I didn't consider. I guess I will find out as I ordered it this morning. I am a solo rider so I am not looking for intercom. The radio on my voyager doesn't work and I like to listen to mp3's and want the phone capabilities. I don't want a mic hanging down so this looks like a good option.

I am back. Found the O'neal tirade bluetooth at another site for 229. Bit the bullet and bought. Hope it works as nice as it looks!

Does anyone have experience with the Motocrentic Bluetooth helmet Dennis Kirk sells for $237? I can't find any reviews. It uses the Blinc 3 bluetooth.

Ended up buying the 94 Voyager. I got a good price and can pay cash! - no payments!!! The guy will deliver it next week and I can begin to get it ready to ride when the weather warms up!
