Head-Set Pig Tail Holder - Tank Placement ?
midnite replied to Cougar's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I remounted mine to the tank bib, so if it does hang down it will only hit the bib. reattached it with 3m tape. -
Where's the cassette player:confused24:, looks like it wouldn't be real comfy to ride. No trunk or bags have to travel light and no where for the misses to set that would never work:duck:

midnite replied to 2Whlsrollin's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
I have one on ours, great investment. Alot brighter than stock day or nite. Never had a problem with it. It does have a lifetime warranty if I'm not mistaken. Get in touch with the company, I'm sure they will make it right:thumbsup2: -
Ordered a light blue fleece jacket for my wife for Christmas from Big Tom. Ordered to late to get it in, but it did arive later. :doh:I told her I had bought it , so she was waiting for it. The day it arrived she got home before I did, when I came in she was wearing it, told me she loved it, and wore it to work the next day to show it off. Why didn't I do this sooner.:bang head: Thanks to Big Tom and Tater for bringing these and other items to the site, they do a great job:bowdown:. If you ain't got one yet, you need to

Okay, here's my 2cents. I've drove and worked on semi's, autos and bikes for years. Changed a couple thousand tires. Centramatics work. Anytime you add a foriegn object into the interior of a tire, it will eat at the lining of that tire. May be ceramic beads but after they bang around a while they will have sharp edges that will do damage to the tire. Also after some of that banging around a dust will form inside tire, so when you check the air you have to be real careful as theis dust can hang in the valve core producing a slight leak. Check them very carefully. Seen way to many blowouts because of underinflated tires, due to dust or trash hanging the core and leaking the tire down. I'll go back to my corner now.

Between driving a semi for15yrs otr and riding the bikes, made more aware of what to look for. Sometimes you can look at the car, or the driver and tell whether or not they pose a little threat or a get out of dodge threat. My wife doesn't seem to mind me pointing some of them out, now she's learning to look for them.

Rita and myself pray for his safe return and T.O.D. will be keeping you and Pat in our thoughts and prayers, along with his family as well.

They are 55 watt driving lights. Will light the night very well. Have them aimed down to about 25-30 ft. Got them off fleabay,2 1/4 in dia. When I mounted them, before I aimed them, they lit up my neighbors house about 400-500 ft away. Only ran about $30.00. Sellers store is flightimshop on ebay.

Driving lights were added to the forks off of the brake caliper mounts. I have the passing lights on my other bike, just didn't really want them on this one. Like these alot better.
