I thought I read on this site somewhere that the rubber components of the carbs didn't like the ethanol? I read on a couple of different sites that if you purchase more than 10 litres (2.5 US gallons) from multigrade pumps you are getting the octane that you are paying for. I personally run ethanol free premium in the Ventrue and a chipped Audi A4. -
I had the same feeling when I first got my bike. i was given the same advice as above. I took it in to a shop and they synced the carbs and that helped a lot at lower RPM..

My son and brother in law were working up there when the call to evacuate came, thank God not only did they get out but so did the other 80,000 people. it is going to be a long recovery please continue to pray for the people affected.

We had no snow as of 6 AM yesterday, and now......

it likes to dip and dive. any little groove in the road, and i do mean little, off it goes like someone pushed on the side and it's time to change lanes. going into a corner and all is well then it just seems to dive into the corner full bore. it's most noticable in the 30 to 80 km/hr range (20 to 50 mph). coming to a stop is an adventure most times as well. nothing feels loose, i've had it up on the lift and all is snug. it seemed to worsen a bit after the steering head adjustment.

lately my bike seems to have a mind of it's own when it comes to going straight. I have checked the tires, made sure the front fork pressure is even, snugged up the steering head and it just seems to be getting worse. Any idea of what I should check next would be appreciated.

In Edmonton we have the red light cameras as well. Here they don't charge any one person, the send a ticket to the registered owner. The last I heard it is a $387 ticket. There is also talk now of turning all the red light cameras into photo radar as well. Someone is thinking and going to more than double their income with the same equipment.
