Got out on my '07 RSV and enjoyed a warm fall day ride of almost 400 kms. Here in Eastern Ontario the leaves are vibrant red, orange and yellow. Don't post much but do read the posts fairly regularly. God Bless Mover

My browser is showing the lock symbol when on the Watering Hole page but if a thread is clicked then when the thread displays where the lock symbol had been now shows 'Not Secure'.

I put 36,000kms on my last set of Elite 3s and hadn't gotten to the wear bars but the cupping seemed to make the ride rougher. I'm now on the third set of Elite 3s and see no reason to switch to different tire. Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk

Did the 'OEM grips' need trimming or the 'OEM bar end weights' ?

What's the part number of the Kuryakyn ISO grips that you installed? I'd like to retain the Yamaha bar ends as well. I just received the 6345 grips (black anodized) which are for the RSV but they appear to be a fair bit longer than the stock grips. Removing the end of the ISO grips will make them a bit shorter. I'm not very mechanically inclined to am trying to obtain as much info as possible before starting the job. Thanks Mover

May I recommend you consider the clutch kits from skydoc. I was experiencing a similar issue when getting on the throttle in 3rd gear. Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk

I bought one of these Radiantz tail lights but it failed after about 1 year. All the LEDs were still working but the running light intensity had gone very dim. Applying the brakes still produced very bright lights. Reinstalled the old OEM bulb.

When I'm riding with a passenger I turn the Intercom setting to between 15 and 17 but as a result I hear a lot of gear whine thru my headset. Our headsets are the J&M 279 series. My passenger says she doesn't hear the gear whine thru her headset. When soloing riding the Intercom setting is zero and I don't hear the gear whine thru my headset. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Is there a solution? Thanks Mover

Is it BMW's version of a hybrid motorcycle? Saw this in Keystone, SD this past summer.

I can do an oil change but otherwise not that mechanically competent so at some point a mechanic would be required. In my town there is a Victory dealer but that is the only motorcycle brand they carry so they'll be out of the motorcycle business soon. The only multi-brand shop carrying Victory is about 3 hours away. I'll keep riding the Venture till I find it too much to handle. I like the HD Road Glide but can't see having that kind of money sitting in my garage taking up space for 6 months of every year. Business decisions have to be made and it seems like HDs competitors are going after sport bike, dirt bike and adventure markets where HD doesn't compete.

I had test ridden the Victory Cross Country Tour a couple of times and had decided that it was going to be my next bike (exactly when yet to be determined) so I'm not happy to hear this news. Feel for those who recently purchased one and for the people who worked at Victory and now will be unemployed.

There is a small leak on the front right of my RSV again which was supposed to have been fixed by a mechanic a couple of springs ago. I'm going to try the penny fix. Does anyone know the torque numbers for the bolts holding the fin on? Thanks Mover
