That day will come for all of us and only you know when that day is. I decided to quit riding back in 03 for the reasons you stated and sold my bike. I had a new bike come spring of 04. If you are happy with your decision who can blame you. You can still hang out here though.

Hard to pin it down to one favorite. I truly loved every bike I've owned. After thinking long and hard I think the one may be the 1970 Yamaha XS650. I was 16 and working for a local Yamaha dealer assembling new bikes when I opened the crate and fell in love. She never made it to the show room floor. Not mine but this is how she looked..

Those would have to be some REALLY nice chairs to get me to drive 800 miles, and I'm sure not doing it in bad weather. Glad you got them though. A man needs a good recliner. Shirley usually has to wake me out of mine to go to bed.

The only place I found replacement blinker bulbs was at partzilla.

I'm out of town and the trike is at home. I'll take a look Monday. There has to be a way.

You can't get the jack under the frame? I have a Craftsman jack and put it under the skid plate.

I have a skid plate on mine. I think I got it from Carbon One. When just lifting the front, I Use a regular bike jack and lift on the front of the plate. If I need to lift the whole trike I lift the rear first and set it on jack stands then move to the front. I have a stack of 6 2x8s I set the front wheel on. It's not that high but it's a lot more comfortable working height. I wish I had room for a real lift.
