    A couple Of weeks ago we test rode a 2010 HD Ultra Limited. Nice bike. HD made a huge improvement in their 2009-2010 model Ultra's. So now I've got the BUG pretty bad, not a done deal yet, but thinking hard about it. I'll still be hanging around... no plans on leaving!! Thanks for the compliments on the bike. It is a beautiful bike, & I've had a hard time with my decision to sell it after all the time & money I've put into it to get it to where I wanted it. So my loss, could be someones gain!! It aggravates me that Yamaha has done NOTHING to the Venture for 11 years now. At least HD keeps making improvements to the Ultra & this last one is nice. Keith

    I now have over 8000 miles on Buckeyes H.O. stator with no problems. I have 2 [ Motolights & Yamaha ] sets of driving lights, HD brake-tail light, 2 led brake-running lights, Diamond R bag lights, & led fork lights. I have a ampmeter on the bike. With the ignition switch on & all the lights & brake lights on, it pulls 42 amps. I have had no problem with the stator keeping the battery charged.

    I have the bike that the first stator was installed in. We now have over 7000 miles on the stator with no problems. I have a volt/amp meter on the bike and we have seen a high of 55 amps.     I've got the 04 RSV that has the stator in it from Buckeye Performance. I now have 7000 miles on it with no problems, other than that connector, which is now hard wired. Works great.
