I'm back after a summer filled with starting a new job and getting Kelley off to college at NKU (Northern Kentucky University). I have only put about 500 miles on my bike this summer and wanting to put more, but haven't had the time. Getting Kelley into college has been a headache and money filled adventure of it's own. I just never knew what it took to just fill out the financial aid application alone on top of everything else just to get her there to learn. Finally got health insurance so I am able to ride more, didn't want to take the chance of going out and something happening. Thought my girlfriend was going to leave me because we haven't logged any real miles this summer! Really like my new job and think I have finally found the place where I can do the kind of work I like. BIG commercial plumbing jobs, even though I had to cut my hair and my beard, but a much needed job nonetheless. Any news that I need to know since I'm 500 pages behind? Still don't have the time to look through all of that!! Anyway glad to be back and look forward to hearing from you soon! Mark

This is the set up I went with. All I have to do now is get some of that wire tubing to cover up some of the wires. I used LED strips and switch from Autozone, a power outlet and inline fuse holder from Walmart. The strips came with adhesive backs and to mount the power outlet and switch I used double sided automotive tape. Don't ask why the white and gray wires from the power outlet have been cut and reatached the opposite way with the blue connectors. That reminds me I still need to get a new cell phone car charger. Anyway this seems to work well for me.

Got my Oakleys today. Thats pretty quick too a little over two weeks They are Oakley Gascan style polished/grey #03-471 (see pic) Priced at 90.00 thats not bad for a free ride on a new bike. http://www.oakley.com/images/catalog/generated/750x350/c3/4ce450808171c.jpg

Thanks for the tip. I went and test drove the Stryker two weeks ago and came home and put my number in for the free Oakley's. I thought the bike was pretty cool. It would be a good bike for running around town and short rides since its so easy to manage. I think the black one is the best looking one but I test drove the blue one. Let me know when you get your glasses so I can see what kind they are before I get mine. Thanks, Mark

Hi everyone, my parents 50th wedding anniversary is in April and me my brother and sisters are at a loss as to what to get them. They have 4 kids 3 married 1 divorced (I had to be different) 7 grandkids 1 married and 1 great granddaughter who cries everytime she sees me.....must be the beard and long hair.....yeah thats it. I was thinking of something with all of our names and maybe birthstones or something along those lines. We are a very tight family and see each other almost weekly which is why I was thinking of something not only celebrating 50 years of putting up with each other but also celebrating the family that started with them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. By the way they do not wear jewelry. Thanks Mark

I was told it pulls straight out also by the dealer but there must be more to it to that because when I tried to do so it wasnt working. The little ring has something to do with it. I was going to Gatlinburg for the weekend and needed the room so the night before I tried to unplug the changer but it wasnt coming out so being persistant and a little destructive it came out but it kind of pulled the plug apart and it also shorted out my radio. So after my trip with no tunes I took it to the dealer and found out the cable was ruined. Two weeks later they got the cable in because it had to come from Japan and it would have cost $300.00 if it wasnt for the warranty. So be careful unplugging your cd changer.
