Was on the news today that Texas is really courting HD to build in San Antonio..We have a Toyota Truck plant here and alot of vendors coming in..we will see..

How are you liking the baker air wings..Ive got a new set but not sure if I want to put them on..Got in my new clearview windshield and will put it on this Saturday..4inch taller than stock.

So far absolutely no problems with mine..Front is very stable,speedo correct and waiting to go on our big trip.I am having a learning curve with the power..I find myself crawling up the rear of cars rather quickly but Im getting there...Just got my trailer hooked up today!

That definitely is a FANTASTIC ride..This is one reason I had suggested Durango or Gunnison as a Rally location..Not only riding but if you rent Jeeps and go to the top of the mountains on the jeep roads it is an expeience you will never forget!

The foot pegs on mine went off immediately..I put on floorboards for one reason only..Toes dont point down on the floorboards,foot stays level. I put on Kuraykyn Ergo Swithblade hwy pegs and put on the 1.5 inch adapters instead of the 6 inch they came with..foot situation solved..The 2010 speedos are dead on accurate..at least mine and a few others I know are. Power in 5th is great..I like rolling thru a town at 20-25mph and rolling on the throttle without downshifting. I loved my Venture..It was a better looking bike but I wanted changes like FI,heated seats grips etc and frankly I would have bought a Venture IF Yamaha would have gotten off their rears and listened to their customers and updated..In no way would I ever bad mouth a Venture as it was one of the most dependable bikes Ive ever owned but I will admit that its a shame that in 2010 they still have the cassette deck in the dash when you cant even buy a casstte anymore. I sold my bike to a member on here,( Doesnt post much) but he is as happy as can be with the bike. I am glad of that as I hate to sale something because I always worry that MAYBE something will go wrong with it but I babied it and I know it will last as long as my Wing will..Sorry for being longwinded....

Well Ponch has done it again..Came from Houston to my place,(Appx 200 Miles) and installed a few more accessories on my GoldWing..I cant tell colors that well and am afraid to mess with electrical things. We took the Wing apart installed the Aux swith on the brake reservoir then connected my "ring of fires" front and back the installed the harness to make my spoiler a running light and brake light. I could not have done it without his help..Thank You Ponch! I always feel like a guy sould be recognized for their willingness to go out of their way even though he doesnt really care fr the attention. Tom

Just checked my speedo with GPS..accurate at least up to 115..right with my speedo...Found the perfect hwy peg..Ergo peg with the addition of the mini arms by Kuryakyn.1.5 inch long and extends out a little..Now my legs are VERY comfortable... having the floorboards instead of pegs and hwy pegs that are perfect Did 500 miles yesterday..it was a breeze now getting ready for our 7000 mile trip starting 8/21/2010

Id really consider it but still getting over the shock of buying my Wing and all the goodies. I bet someone will take it soon..It is a nice shock and YES one day Ill probably get one.

I have he Elite 584 and love them...BTW I have 2 helmets like the ones you have,IS33 loved the look but my head is to big so had to go with Shoei for me and the wife..Ill be selling them soon but really liked the flip down inner shade..wish we could have wore them,just used them 1 time

Comfort PKG..Heated seats,grips and backrest,premium Audio,Navigation/XM radio/ABS brakes ,Its just their designation..the level 4 has Airbag but I dont think it would help that much..my be wrong but I didnt care for it.

Yes Don he has reservations at the Chisos Basin withus..Also Kerry,(My Sis) will be there..I dont think her Hubby will be but who knows.
