  1. Carl helped me (okay so he mostly did the work) change my slave cylinder and shift shaft seal because I had a drip coming from that area. I still have a drip. Thinking it is the neutral switch. I'll change this over the Winter. Other thread on this - also check grommet around stator wires (I'll check mine when I open it up). See post 12 and 18 in
  2. I know the OEM Bridgestone tires weren't very good. Wondering if anyone has tried the Exedra Max. I see that the Exedra Max has the tire size for the RSV : Front - 150/80 -16 71H Rear - 150/90 -15 74H Exedra Max Cruiser & Touring Tire
  3. Update on this... still have a drip. May be the neutral switch. May 2023 replaced the clutch slave (even though it was dry), shifter shaft oil seal, and the gasket on the cover. 2009 RSV... what does it take to change the neutral switch ? Part number(s) involved? If failed or loose would you get an oil drip? Change neutral switch or just the o-ring on it?

  12. I run my Dunlop E3's at the above pressures and adjust the rear shock pressure based on riding solo or with my wife. With 2-up I increase the shock pressure. I go a little more than 10% of the weight. If pulling a trailer I take the weight on the hitch into consideration doing the calculation.

  14. Looks good. Just wondering.... the plates at the bottom of the legs don't look very long/wide. Have you considered going bigger on those? How tall are the legs? Some jacks don't go as high as others. Might be something for people to consider if they order it from you. You should put it in the "for sale" area if you already haven't for those interested....if you plan on making/selling them. Also...how wide is the adapter? The jack I had originally had pads that barely fit across the adapter that Larry made. I went with a jack with much longer pads so I have about 2" extending beyond the adapter (makes less me less nervous when lifting the bike !)
