Well, let's see, don't need a passport now beings were part of Canada, you somehow have learned to fly with the geese. were in no need of Black flies and I know for a fact those moose will play havoc with a Venture on the highway. I think I'll keep my maple switch ready... no wait, make that an willow, knowing you canadians you'll try and take the maple switch and see if you can't get syrup out of it. (subliminal message posted here... still can't figure how them thar Texans let them slip by I know the Floridians were probably resting on the beach and Arizonians were watching the CSll.)

Man there's a lot of us on the site. Iowa DOC. Be safe

Nice visual though. Only a C/O would throw that one out there... One time I walked into work right after punching in but needed to get rid of some coffee in RR, Capt told me if I "didn't fill it there I couldn't get rid of it there". I asked if I could borrow his pocket. Nough said

|| What's really got me stumped is how you made it to Texas, Arizona and Florida without any of us in the midwestern states seeing ya... must've snuck by us with your skates and quietly took over with your sticks... I'm watching for ya... maple tree switch in hand... One more thing, I know them Texans don't take well to invaders.. How in the heck did ya get past them????

Please allow me to be the modern day Paul Revere, TO ARMS THE CANADIANS ARE COMING THE CANADIANS ARE COMING, I just knew it was a matter of time before they had to have access to our Dairy Queens and Cajun food. Beware Americans, their a sneaky bunch. They ride in speaking their "ehs" and wearing Parkas to hide their true identities. Before long we'll all be part of Saskatchiwan or whatever it's called. Beware.

OK, I got another case of cycle envy. It's a beautiful bike. Looking forward to seeing yours. Ride safe and God Bless. Mike

Was it sooo hard not to verbally abusive to a fellow member and C/O? Why must you take so much pleasure from others lack of knowledge? Why must you be so sadistic and cruel? Now back to our regularly scheduled programming. :rotf: hope it hurt

Russ, JoDee don't ride her scooter very often at all. In fact, she just over the 5K mark end of last year. And since the first and second oil changes and maintenance were thrown in with the sale I never had to mess with it. So Mr. "I don't want to be a SA" I believe my point is made. Match and Set muahahaha. God Bless... yes Russ even you. Mike

"Currently in my garage... 2003 HD 883R, 2002 XVS650 Classic, 2000 RSVMMLTD, 2000 Honda CMX250, 1998 VMax, 1981 XJ650LH Midnight Maxim, and a pristine 1979 SR500." OK, I now have cycle envy... Leave it alone Sarge!

Ah heck no, you did'nt waste any at all. I truely appreciate the help we get here and from everything I had read I thought for sure you were right. But after looking I went back online and saw where someone had answered a question on another web site for a 650 and gave the answer for the 1100 also by mistake. Hope this makes sense. I really appreciated the responses and the quickness I got them. Hope to meet you someday as well as others. God Bless, Mike

I'll keep it in mind on watching 4 leaks. Hopefully there won't be any but if I find it to be a problem I might have to take Sarges advice on relocation kit... Hate dusting off my money though. I work so hard for it... As for the trivia, I had no idea about the comparisions. Coming to the International rally in Ark? If so, I'll make a point to find a Dunkin donuts for ya. God Bless. mike

Actually I did'nt have to take off or loosen the exhaust, floorboards or anything, actually Toride1 was right on the money on location and screws. Other then a few screws being longer and had to wiggle them out which was easy, It's done. For 230+ for a relocation kit I'll deal with the screws. The relocation kit is more for the 1100 Vstar which Slick would've been right on location also. It just had my nerves frazzeled trying to find the dam thing. Should've asked here first. Note to : Toride1 Thanks a heap, I really appreciated the help I owe ya a drink of your choice. Thanks everyone for the responses, I learned something tonight. God Bless. Mike

Actually I went to a web site and saw just the 3 screws on the outside cover. Went outside and took it off and saw the other screws inside that and 2-3 on the rest of the cover but was afraid to open it in fear something might come undone. Going out to look. God Bless. Mike

Looked at the header pipe, theres nothing behind it but fins on engine, no cover nada...

Going back out to look. What a PITA! Thanks for the info. I'll let ya know how it turns out. God Bless. Mike

OK, I've spent an hour looking for the dang oil filter on JoDees bike. Can anybody help me on this one? It's a 650 Vstar Classic 2006. If you have a drawing via manual it would be MUCH appreciated. God Bless. Mike
