Everyone of my buddies who have HD have blue loctite in the saddle as for me I don't need loctite ! . . . Because I use baling wire pliers screwdriver and most important part gorilla tape so you see I don't use loctite LOL

To me this is directed more toward Harley Davidson than the Ventures seeing that we run over more Harley nuts than yammer nuts

We be home 5:30pm longest day trip we've had dang this Okla winds are bad today took us an extra 2hrs to get home My face is wind burned and Pegs back is hurting due to the wind if we do this again I'm gonna trailer the bike back thru Okla due to the winds here Knee was doing great till I miss stepped hitting a high curb with my foot at the Okla travel center boy that @"#%* hurt but it's better now We had a great time and Loved every minute !!! Never in my life would I thought I see Dan riding a Second Gen. Course I felt the same oh say 7yrs ago next thing I know I'm riding one and so much better ride too ! Unlike the GoldWing low end torque these Ventures need to be rev.up to get the power band now the Goldwings can use four gear in town as for the Venture that's not possbile as it will lug hard ! Now at highway speeds the Venture is better than the Goldwing due to the gearing of the trans as the Venture is still in fourth gear say 70mph now you can run 70 in fifth gear if you want as it's over drive only and these Ventures purr in fifth gear doing 80mph as for the Goldwing owners some state that they wished it had sixth gear for highway speed not all just some I myself dint need another gear riding the Wing Goldwing doing 40mph your already in 5th gear if you so want as for the Venture 5th is not needed till you hit 70 or above big difference in trans gearing

It can happen human error or mechanical issues Now as for B2Dad he was all over my asp in Eureka Springs I was dragging my mufflers in those switchbacks and I could not loss him! His trike stuck to the road like glue! I could even see him laughing in my mirror what a blast sure was a Great Day!!!

Oh I made a commit about when I bought Midnight back some of the family I know and ride with in turn sale or trade off their Ventures so I said what's up and someone I'm not naming said I was mean but I was having fun So I removed it last night that's all so I have to say now what's up with some folks
