What Bill stated is very true you don't need to live there to pull it off when we did Hub International only one closest to it was Colesgrandpaw but he was still 1 1/2 - 2hrs away I was 6hrs away Tom and Gunboat in south Texas say 10-12hr ride so it can be done ! Back in the day I thought First Gen. Was better of the two until I rode the Second Gen. And I have to say Second Gen. is better long distance runner of the two !! But I do wish I never sold my 83 should have listen to Peg that day but I dint Yeah First Gen. Faster but I going for comfort which is Second Gen. So admit it Dan Second Gen. In comfort and distance !

Well I have to say since Mike installed my bling on Midnight I been getting a lot of attention in the last two days than it ever before ! I been off Midnight too long due to the fact it had cobwebs on the motor that's way too long Any how I been getting thumbs up at stop lights - gas station - wallie world as well I knew it looked awesome but dang I never thought I would get so many complements on my ride best $ I ever spent on Midnight Thanks Mike for your handy work !! I could never be that steady with my own hands! Excellent work my friend .... Anybody wanting to add bling to your ride this is the way to go your motor will shine like diamonds I even had an old man older than me :whistling:ask if it was real diamond inlay lol no just diamond cut then he asked how he did it and I said he laid it on its side then flips it over and does the other side lol I highly recommend EUSA1 diamond cuts !!! Eureka Springs meet in 27 days and boy are we ready ! Getting caught up on our bills :mo money:took suit cases out of trailer for Peg lol Looking forward to getting away from this mad house and getting some wind in our hair as for my health ? You guess good as mine ? True about Honda they keep their resale vaule ! I had couple of them in my younger days and I have to say thier mtr are bulletproof with prementive maintance ! Easily 300,000 mi on each one Two others I was impressed with are chevy lumina & Monty Carlo the Lumina was good on gas 30-34mpg Peg put over 300,000mi on that 2001 model traded it in for 2003 Monty Carlo another good car Peg put 168,000 + mi on it and ave 33-36mpg now she driving 2007 F150 Larit crewcab just rolled 100,000 mi ave 20.9 mpg other than the 5.4 dreaded spark plugs this motor can easily do 300,000

Up date Still no word as for what's wrong ? Had another bad spell the other night but wasn't as bad As of now I went from 269 down to 228 lbs since it started I can talk longer now but I still get winded pretty good still going to work but it's mostly pushing a ink pen for now As for Eureka Springs meet as things look we be taking the Solstice for now that is if I can ride that long ? Bad thing is the water pump went out on the Solstice couple weeks ago so it's been parked in garage as I could not afford dealer cost of 989.00 so I had the parts come in from Napa way way cheaper plus they put it on a hold ticket for me which really helps so I and my best friend will tackle it this weekend or should I say he will do it as I will try and help ? Worse part is the turbo system has to be removed So if it ain't one thing it's another Want to Thank everyone again for the well wishes and the ones who sent me cards as well

Ok I'm here for now Did more testing today still no answer? Been down before June so it's been going on for a while did more blood work ex rays ultrasounds nothing new ? By their readings I'm in great shape ?blood pressure 126/68 hb63 sugar 88 oxygen 98 blood work good but I sure don't feel like it still having issues breathing not talking much or eating much As of now I lost 32lbs with loosing weight I feel some better Will post more later P.S. If this Venture is from this family then it's more than likely been kept up and in good shape The Venture doesn't have all the bling like H-D or Goldwing which is fine with me less cleaning to do lol But if your looking for some up grades look in the classified section in our member vendor and see if there's anything you might want to add if not already on your ride ? Our Family vendors here are some of the best hands on fab.work you will ever see and top notch items no cheap made over seas items EUSA1 has diamond cut fins for our motors that he installed for me at the B2mom&B2dad meet in TN really top of the line steady handy work ! Motor really stands out Carbon_One has several items as well and I installed a skid plate he hand made looks MFG it's that good ! for our motors as I live on a gravel road this is the best investment I put on this motor as I lost a Goldwing motor due to road debris Also but probably most of all make some meets we are having in the Calendar section and meet some folks you will Fine that we are not all that crazy lol one we are having is the Eureka Springs AR meet Labor Day weekend and chk several of the other meets & Rallies in the calendar that may be to your likening Buddy

I know a few here use platinum plugs but I always stayed with NGK as for gap specs the info is inside of your trunk lid which I use at times since I'm getting older or lazy lol

Coworker - HD rider would do that to my Venture but all in fun after a while it was getting old as I told him enough is enough well guess what he did it again so I figured ok it's my turn. To this point I never messed with his ride well that was about to change! While he was out working I took some used motor oil and poured a very small amount under his engine mind you this HD still under warranty so as he returned he saw the oil afaird to start it he loaded it up and went to the dealer and all chk out? again day or two later oil spot returned? Again loaded up cycle and dealer he went this went on for say three weeks one day he came by the garage asking me if I might know what to look for as for leak? I stated no not really besides the oil leak would soon stop and he asked whys that? As I held up a qt oil bottle stating it's almost empty Needless to say he never messed with my ride any more !
