John I have my Kumho Run Flat set at 32PSI, so far the Kumho is doing good, and due to the wide tread, the CT grips the road better and the brakes on the Wing will make you pucker up too, they will stop you on a dime with this Kumho. Get some miles on the tire and you will feel much better. Let us Know how it turns out for you... Buddy

Yes You can change the tire on a Wing while on center stand - MC tire. But with CT you need more room like a lift or bike laying on its side. CT is too wide to install from the back side area, besides its quicker to change tires on a lift or on its side than remove the trailer hitch and the plastic off the rear. Buddy

I could kick myself Man I could kick myself...... Installed the Kumho today and I have to say I was a very HAPPY MAN Why dint I do this sooner..... The Gold Wing is considered the Cadillac of all rides, but adding This Kumho changed the Wing all the way around. This is by far is the best ride I have ever received from any motorcycle and the handling is awesome. I live on a gravel road - 300ft and I have way less problems with gravel now- I can come to a complete stop without having to worry about balance - I can almost do a snail walk now - And fighting the cross winds on the interstate is no problem. Foot print on this Kumho is so wide it changed the whole outlook on this Wing. Yes I'm very pleased with this ride and the turning is no problem, Wing turns real good. Now installing this baby was a pain in the Which all run flats are a pain. It took two of us, myself and my son to install this tire and the fitment on the rim is perfect too, Lube the heck out of the bead and it popped in place at 40 lbs of air... Set the air at 32psi in the Kumho Also installed 3 OZ of Dyna Beads to the Kumho and no shimmy at all 0-90mph.......fast enough for me... Laid the Wing down on its right side on some blankets, and did all the work from the bottom side and the Kumho was no problem, went right in place... Looking forward to testing this Kumho out next mo. in AR. Buddy

You know its sad. We don't see much of this any more these days. Vendors - Sellers going out of their way helping their customers like Diamond R has been doing, and now their going the extra mile to help save money on shipping cost by bringing the parts to the Rally, NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!. Most company's now days just want your money.

OK everyone the International Rally 2009 is getting even closer now. And some maybe wondering what to expect as for Rides & Route's. Some of the Route's have been posted in the "Rides & Rallies" section for the International Rally. After you see some of these Route's you will see why motorcycle Rider's keep coming back year after year. And one of the reasons why AR. was picked for the International Rally this time around. ColesGrandpa will have more info. & maps for every one to see and check out at the Rally. And for the Knowledge of this area I would have to say Colesgrandpa is one of the best around. Everyone ride safe and we the Committee of the International Rally 2009 look forward to seeing each & everyone of you. God Bless

Friend of mine has the new Harley tourer, he has taken it back several times for the over heating problem and wished he kept his older Harley tourer now. Boy it is a beautiful bike and the paint job is awesome too and it sounds so good... I wont mind having one but then again I do not have that kinda of money either...

Walmart brand ST6017 ? I use Wix filter but Napa Gold is just as good, its the same filter just different name on it.

Well I ordered Kumho 195/55/16 Run Flat for my Gold Wing, It will be here tomorrow. Looking forward to testing this CT out when we have the Rally in August. From what I read and the comments here,I bit the bullet and bought the Kumho. If Its anything like mounting runflats on car wheels I know I will not like it that much . Garage just bought a new tire maching at work so I will give it a try, it is one of those fancy mounting machine. Let every one know how things turn out.... Buddy

Lambert's II 3315 E battlefields Rd. Springfield MO. International Rally (Hub)Committee. Ate at this Lambert's and yes the food was really good. We had to wait at least 1hr or so to get in, so that alone should tell you how good their food is. If you go to the one in Springfield MO. go early or you will be waiting for awhile.... Buddy

Glad it went better this time around. hows your ears doing? ringing that is. It took mine a week before they stopped ringing when a tire blew back in 2001 on a car rim - used tire . I'm looking toward a car tire for my next change for my Wing. What model is the Kumho you had installed? I hear Kumho is good for the motorcycle... Buddy

I did the same to my HF trailer cut and weld and extended the frame to match box set up. Except I removed the two leaf springs and set my air to 25 PSI and carried around 400lbs of stuff on the trailer with no problems. OH Also I used a piece of garden hose to cover the bolts where the leaf springs ride on, it keeps the noise down on rough roads. I never had any worries with my trailer expect Peg, I just about scared her to deaf in Eureka Springs in 2007 I was taking those curves in a hard lean on our 83 Venture and never had a problem with the trailer or the hitch. never knew it was back there, except for Peg she kept poking me in the sides.. I want to Apologize if I stepped on anybody's toes. I did not mean too if I did I'm sorry.. if you knew the guy I was trying pointing out you would know what I meant and not by what I said. Some of my dearest friends here trailer their motorcycles and I have no problem with that....I have a trailer as well. I am truly sorry. Buddy
