I'm still here even tho we in a convertible now Yes I miss my cycles very much yes I feel out place at meets & Rally's in our convertible but our friends here in venturerider help over come that feeling! And that Peg & I been here since end of 2005 guess we be here while longer Never can tell I might buy another motorcycle just to bug Peg lol

Nothing stating same weight-tires-load-flat bed-rear end-city-highway etc etc It can be anything besides your getting better than our work truck course it's mostly city work Reason I stated that way is I was asked the same thing once before from a person stating both were stock come to find out they changed ride high tires exhaust tool boxes so stock maybe not total stock if you know what I mean

Don Thank you for sharing this as it's hard saying the D word Trusting in The Lord takes a lot of the stress off the heart ! Peg and I talked about the D word some time back as she asked me if I would remarry if we did do the D word and I looked her right in the eyes and said NO! She look at me and said really you love me that much ? I looked her in the eyes and said NO ! That's when I stated it took her 20yrs to break me in ! I wasn't gonna go thru that again besides its cheaper to keep her LOL Thanks for letting us know as we all know it's not easy talking about personal issues especially the D word. Dan I know what your feeling ! Backing out the garage I have to go at least 60 feet back with a incline before I can ride and with my right knee I always had issues of dropping the bike That's why I went to a convertible but I'm still here and hope I can mark some of the meets & Rally's hang in there Dan it will work out

We have a storm cellar here on the farm home made out of steel lucky to get three people in it considering the first family had four in the family go figure? Anyway we been here 12yrs haven't used it yet Lived my whole life in tornado alley which is every day life to me we had close calls but the worst was when I was in grade school a tornado hit our farm and tore everything down but our house but my aunt & uncle lost everything We watched the weather that night and all was good but around midnight tornado hit both farms course I slept through it lol weird how they move took our farm equipment and move it to my uncle farm did the same for them moved his equipment to our farm We both had cellars too but did us no good that night in 1972 when the weather warnings relied on folks calling in when a tornado was on the ground Weather warnings come a long ways in 40yrs

What is it like being out and waking up later? You feel anything while your out?

Well I go in March 31 for the scope surgery first time ever to be knocked out so I don't know how I will react to that Just hope Peg doesn't get any ideas while I'm out lol

Well most of you know I been having issues with my right knee for years Well it Turns out I damaged my left knee (the good one) to compinsate the other knee Did an MRI and found I had knee joint effusion with a small popliteal cyst along with a horizontal plane tear of the medial meniscus So now I'm waiting on when they will scope my knee so now I having issues with both knees One minute I walk like Matt Dillon then like Festus lol Doc said it was not bad! The scope will fix it ? Sounds bad to me So as of now I'm on workman comp for a while Before you ask how? I did it last month when we had all the ice getting out of a dump truck I was working on slipped and left knee landed wrong so I tore it up.first doctor miss diagnose stating I had a sprang muscles not listening to what I was saying about my knee hurting went back in for third chk up and diffrent doctor stated my knee was swollen ? really duh bout time so I had the MRI done finally and found my problem Lucky for me I will be having a sports doctor in OKC doing the scope
