  1. YOU have been around long enough to know WHERE's the pictures Enjoy and see you when you get home Brad
  2. I assume he was talking about the second gen but just for info, The first gen is 75 ft.lbs and 14 ft.lbs according to my manual. Brad
  3. :rotf: At the start I was trying to figure out which one, then I figured both. I guess you owed him one or two Brad
  4. I get it often as well, but I know she is just trying to save my driving record. If I go too slow I hear about it. Brad
  5. Dumb question do all bearings have the flat washer. My new to me time out trailer I just got never had a washer ? First one I ever saw without one Brad
  6. Same thing happened to me on a few months back on the home computer. Still running firefox on it. But with these options I may try to get IE back, just for fun. We use Avg as well and it works pretty good, but everyonce in a while I run Adaware and Spybot just for a piece of mind. They both always seem to delete something. Good luck brad

    seal

Yes and Yes, don't want to wash out the new grease, or let dirt in, as I bet you don't want to be on the side of the road . Any Bearing house should have them. May need to measure but just bring in the old seal. Brad

    seal

Pretty much agree with MiCarl, except I was forced to reuse the seal. It got bent removing it but had no other choice but to tap it straight and re use it. It worked well but changed it shortly after. I like to pack the new bearing using the palm of my hand, then I know they are greased well. Brad
  9. First thing I looked at was the tires. If my memory is not getting too bad (and we don't want Swifty to run out and check) I think the tire was rated for 414 kg. (912.7 lbs). Tires should be fine, rims ? Brad
  10. Going away for a few days so will not get a chance to look at it, but will have time to Read the manual. I was wondering if the blinking had something to do with the diagnostics but has been running good the last couple days. A little over 900 km (550 miles) this weekend. Brad
  11. If it is running so good why did I see it on a trailer ? PS I glad the feeling passed by the time I saw you. Brad
  12. Yesterday I filled up the bike and then a little while later I noticed one bar on the fuel gauge blinking. When the bike is started, all the bars blink then only one bar blicks. Sending unit or is it in the display, or did a wire come off. ? Brad
  13. "E" Because your getting old and trailering is the best option, and your HHR is not heavy enough to pull a full size trailer. Ouch How much does the trailer way ? Seriously it looked good! Wonder what the fuel mileage will be on the HHR. I suggest running it at the speed limit to be safe. Brad
  14. YEs it plugs into the sound system. Audio jack to hole beside the cassette deck. Some add a "Y" to the system under the fairing, then it plugs right into the Zumo holder. Yes on Aux. The 550 had Bluetooth but you need a cable, which you can get from buddy Rich (he is on the site) Can not comment on the newer versions but I think they are very similar. On the bottom of the Zumo you can add a 4 gig memory card which I just plug directly into the computer and install music on the card via Microsoft Explorer. Brad

I just hope I will be able to use it like you are using yours, at least that is the plan. Brad
  16. Hey guys you all know the rules. Wheres the pictures, we have to see pictures. Have to say that Dodge hauled a load to Texas in pretty dam good time. Brad
  17. Change the oil and antifreeze and you should not have to worry about it lasting, unless all you so is ride, everyday and all day. Brad
  18. Don I will show how it was done and it is very easy to do. Not planning on selling either trailer at this time. If I do I will call. Brad

    New Trailer

That's it. Actually Dam bike got in the way, spring came early. And Kbran did not share his Round 2 its. This is the first year I did that normally they come down in January and go up before Holloween, and I turn them on for the Month of December. Funny thing is that I have been working from home since Christmas and just never got it done. Brad

    New Trailer

Thanks Dad, for the advice I will check into that as it is one of my concerns, not to worried about the piggy backer but it is over 100 lbs lighter. Brad
  21. Went camping last week, on the way home HalRSV99 noticed a trailer on the side of the road so we stopped. Very clean and well cared for. Made an offer and the guy accepted so now we can go camping with a little comfort. Brad
  22. Looking at the first picture you should never get bored riding it with all those buttons. Brad
  23. Had a couple of good comments, but could not bring myself to say them. But I laughed at them. Seriously been there a couple times myself and I know how that hurts. Hope they heal well and quickly. Brad
  24. So where are the pictures of the finished product ? Or is it still in pieces BRad
  25. I agree with these comments but one other thing is to make sure there is no Heavy weighted items behind the axle. Heavy items on or in front of the axle. Brad
