  1. So you wrote that down did you put in the 2nd gen Tech section ? Yah just never know someone just may have the exact same problem, but I doubt it. :rotf: Brad
  2. I can assure you that Boomer always has the volume just about as high as it will go, All the time. Boomer I doubt you have it on AUX, as it should be and/or the HS (headsets could be on), keep hitting the buttons BOOMER do not listen to Mr. Owl he is gonna steer you wrong and maybe not on purpose. Brad
  3. Larry Good to see you posting. Well timing is not bad, you have all winter to relax and find a replacement then be alreasdy for spring. Seriously take it easy. Brad

  14. Four years a long battle which had to be hurt, all the best to the family. Brad
  15. and it looks Blue ........... Brad
  16. 1914 maybe that was his only option
  17. No virus for me but on Friday night computer was acting up Saturday did not boot up well. Hard disk failure, no warning. Second one in 6 months on a Levono Thinkpad W520. Won't get it back until Monday IT thinks they saved the most of it, but it did not look good for a while. Backup copy was 6 months old OUCH Where did the time go. Don;t forget to back up. Brad
  18. Not sure how you can only get 6,000. I also pulled a trailer to from here to West Virginia, then to the Sault Mi. and home around the lake, thru Wi. Lots of day trips and think I was not that easy on them either. But I always get at least 10,000 when I was getting new ones each year. Brad
  19. Had more than 15,500 on a set of 404's with ease, still had decent trend. Although not enough to chance a 3,000 mile trip on it. Brad
  20. Mine started at 20,000 miles and it was slowly getting worse. But mine is basically the same as you describe with the changes in speed and gears. Brad
  21. Not worked out yet HAHA. Hopefully next week it will be all better Brad
  22. You will like it. I had a different one in my 99 and really liked it. Have one in a box just not installed yet. Brad
  23. Seaking; Had the mechanic ride it and he said basket. Commented they will take this one out order a different one and replace it. Suppose to go in Tuesday. Brad
  24. Bingo. We know it is a work horse and like it and someone will still buy it. Cost is under control and selling at low margin for volume is fast cash. Keeps a volume of bikes on the road that need parts does not hurt business. Think they believe the rest of the line up can keep the market interested in Yamaha. Not much out there that interests me anyway. Don't help when I not that fussy on V-Twin's Brad
  25. Hey Abdul Maybe you can talk him into the 2000. Brad
