  2. Not putting it past him, figure it would work well, and thought it was a great idea. First time i ever heard of this. Water up here weighs 10lbs per gallon. Must be heavier water up here, oh wait the gallon is larger. Sort of like the dollar Brad
  3. That is an Idea, that may work. Hope you don't spring a leak though, that would be real hot just before you freeze. Seriously that would work but might be a little too hot. Brad
  4. Is this Just like the Satelite radio Brad
  5. I am not too found of those neither however these ones sure seem pretty darn hard to Bend. I vertually have no movement with the bike, when it is secured. I also throw one more strap over the frame just in front of the tank just in case, one of my side ones break, or get un-hooked. I know everyone laughs at it, but I am not taking any chances. I have no sides on my trailor so I do not want to see it sliding down the highway. Brad
  6. If you bought the Garmin Zumo Motorcycle version you would not have to worry about a vibration. Unless your bike rides like it has square wheels . I thought youu had the front forks fixed in Colorado. Brad
  7. Thought you said, that was not yours WHen I had too or wanted to trailor it, I personally never liked putting the straps on the handle bars, so I went lower (see pics). So far so good. Actually I use four straps for added protection, scared to death of it falling off. Brad
  8. No Promises buddy, I have to try to attend the International meet as it is only about 3 miles away from home. Only get a limited time off for holiday's yah know. So are you planning on riding that V* to Canada. Brad
  9. THanks for the info Rick. I assume they may shrink fit them together, which can come apart but may distort everthing in the process. Makes no sense, to me. (Other than replacement parts business) BRad
  10. What do you think Naugh-T got for Christmas last year. (heated jacket). When it gets below 50 I second guess weather I want to go. 14 that is nuts. That must have been in the North. ? Brad
  11. That is what I can not understand. These should be able to be rebuilt as they had to go together at one time, so they must be able to come apart. There was a company in the Maritimes that re-chromes the cylinders and puts new seals in a Hydraulic cylinder, for about 100 bucks. Not sure the difference but I was planning on looking around. We have a few good shops around here. Most likely will not get to it untill spring. Brad

Heard about these a few years back, seemes to me another way for the banks to make more money. Brad
  15. I think Redneck hit it. It is only some auto makers that offer these Deals. A few years back a buddy wanted to buy a Honda and asked why they do not offer specials on financing and the comment was they do not have to. Brad

  20. There is lots of ice laying around no need to go fishing for it, is there ? BRad
  21. Abdul that is Michelle (sp ?). She is from Michigan and has come out to many meet and eats. You would have meet many of these people and many more if you would come with us when we go across. It is only a 150 miles (from Kitchener), you know it is almost in your "back yard":sign20: (do you remember this comment?) BRad
  22. Jeepers I can not remember either, but I do remember that they go in from the back side of the fairing. Seems to me the cover came of with the studs with them. After the speaker went in the cover with studs go through the slots in the speakers. Brad
  23. Our kids have been on the bikes since they were very young. They enjoy it a lot. I would not encourage them to ride there own untill they are a little older (out of the teens). I am starting to believe they should wait till this age for the car as well. Brad
