Did the paper rip and you can't find the tape ? Seriously I still think the Garmin is one of the best ones out there. I bought the extended warranty and have not had to use it yet and hope I don't. Best of luck finding a good one, you like Brad

If the stock tires are Bridgstones, change them. At that mileage it does not matter anymore. I am sure you will not be dissapointed, you will be happier. Brad

Nice Deal, Congrats to you. I Would suggest a backrest, side bag rails, riding pegs and light bar. Not too much but my opinion the best options to get. BRad

Started out cold and never got any better. Swifty stopped by about 10 and was not sure about the weather. It was 5c (40f ), and with the wind in places it was cold. About a half hour later we stopped for gas and he wanted to know if it was too cold or if we were wanted to Venture further. Rhonda said if he goes home we were still going for a ride, so of course he continued on. (I am sure he did not want to be out-done by Rhonda). As we riding along he follows a car into a small Private subdivision, and the houses were amazingly large and there was a lot of them. On the way back out just before we get to the road the gate closes, locking us in. We all look at each other and wonder how to open it . No buttons and no way to open it. Figured there was a sensor or something, but nothing. Couldn't ride around the gate, because of the rock gardens, that Rhonda wanted us to ride through. Anyway I walk around to the entrance and start dialing buttons on the intercom, untill someone answered and let us out. We were gone for about 5 hours and stopped for a warm lunch. Then made a quick stop in a parking lot, so Swifty could play. Think the overall was 104, but I am sure axle to axle is less. Would suggest the trailer route. Best of luck BRad

At least some people still decorate. Not as many decorations out, compared to a years ago. Brad

I would agree they should be higher, but I never really paid any attention to those envelopes before and I don't see the colour difference unless I really look. Thanks Brad

Social Groups ? Where are they, guess I was not invited like Mr. Owl. One happy family and we even get mad at each other once in a while just like a real Family. BRad

Dale may I suggest you open a new post and explain the scenario. I am a little far away to help out, but I saw this a while back and then never noticed it again untill today. This seems to be buried but if you start a new thread you may get that Ralley going or at least a storage place. Brad

You should say lots of people think you own a green bike. Brad

Okay I see it at the bottom of the watering hole. Guess I never go there often. Now what is a hot thread or how do you make them a hot thread VS. a normal Thread ? ? BRAd

JT I am not saying that either. Sounds like you been fighting a problem for a while without a fix. Sorry to hear. On my 81 Seca I had an issue that when the engine warmed up, it would rev up when the clutch was pulled in. I am not talking 1400 rpm, it would climb to 3000-3500, a real pain when you trying to Gear down, bike would want to speed up. You had to brake to a stop with the clutch in, then hold the brake while letting the clutch out, to slow the engine down. When the engine was at normal idle, (1000) you could pull in the cutch and it would be fine untill the next stop. Seafoam solved this issue for me, and I believe it helps on certain specific problems . I do not use it on a regular basis like some, I use a half can in 5 gallons, two maybe three times a year. Brad

Never go to the Forum Page, but just did and those symbols are not shown for me. I have never seen the legend that shows those symbols ? Brad

Hey I remember both those story's, and you Just have too laugh when remembering them. Don't forget the angle iron or a small screw or two in the ramp to keep it from slipping of the step. Condor Do all your bikes have 2 brush Starters and do you ever have the slow cranking at start-ups with a warm engine ? Is this not the fix for this slow cranking, after the cables have been replaced ? BRad

I saw 0.90 cents per litre today, that is 3.40 a US gallon. Also saw the dollar drop under 0.80 cents. Now that stinks this close to Christmas. Brad

I have White walls. Never really liked them at first, but the bike had them when I bought it, and it grew on me. I keep replacing them ever since. See my profile pic, but the bike colour is Dark pink as Freebird calls it. Brad

Hey Gald you did not catch the storms rolling through this area. Been there a few times but now you know why we put them away for the winter. :rotf:I hate being cold on a bike. Too bad you didn't up a month ago, it was a lot nicer. Maybe we will see you next year. Brad

If all the cables are good, then it is a dirty carbs, clean it with a Carbtune. Fixed it for me. Brad
