    How high can you take the rpm's before shifting? I've never hit my rev-limiter.

    Rode my siter-in-laws Fat Bob the other day. Man I'm glad I still have all my fillings in my teeth. That thing shakes like mad, I couldn't ride that bike for more then hour. I'll stay with my Venture, it's faster any way...

    I wear jeans, tee shrit, leather chaps, leather jacket, boots, gloves and helmet.

    I'll have to try that Protectall. I'm going to wash and wax the bike this week. I'll get some car wash soap also. I know using the dish soap eats the wax and I should have gotten some last year.

    Does any one use that stuff. Talked to people that use it and they like it. I would think it would just rub the dust into the paint and scratch it. I like to use water and rince the bike off. I still use small amount of mild dish soap to wash my bike.

    Where do you get those from?

    With the easy-outs from crafstman you only drill out the part where the allen wrench goes into. Once thats cleaned out you flip the bit around and use the other side to extract the bolt. You never touch the treads. I've used them for years and they work great.

    Craftsman sells a LH bit set that works sweet. Drill bit on one side and a twist on the other side that bites the inside of the bolt. Frist drill out the bolt then switch it around and remove the bolt.

    Batterys been on the charger all winter, sea foam in gas. changed oil in the middle of last summer so that should be good. don't know how to lube the cables though?

    What are some of the things that you do after the winter storage before you take the bike out the frist time.

    I have a full face Bell and I love it. I never wore one before but now that I'm older and more wiser I do. I don't like the open face ones cause if you go down and hit face frist that sheild isn't going to give your jaw much protection. I also wear glasses and I just take them off put the helmet on and then put my glasses back on. My sheild is tinted also. I have seen the sheilds that tint like your glasses do. My wife have a full face also and it has red LED lights on the back that flash.

    I've got a Garmin nuvi 255w gps. I have the ball mount for use in the car. What I need is a handle bar mount for my RSV. Can't find any thing at garmin.com. Where should I be looking for a mount? I did stick it to the windshield with the suction cup, but it fell off at hwy speeds and scared the s--t out of me. I grabed it before it fell off the tank and gave it to the wife..

    I think I'll stay with the lenses I've got for now.. Maybe after I add some more stuff I'll change the whole set up.
