  10. Someone cranked them down tooo tight. Breaks the tips off them. Lesson you don't forget!! Let us know if those fit. No I didn't break mine but have a set of carbs I lost one out of.
  11. Check the connections. All that have been mentioned. And a set of Autolites is cheap way to smooth these things out. You will get it and enjoy it that much more because you know it!!
  12. It could. You need top get something and peck on the carbs good when you turn switch on, Could jar it loose. If not try opening drains one at a time and you might flush it out that way. If not get back to us. Tank is metal and I had one rust out but this is not very common.

  16. What Bongobobny said and put some miles on it with the Sea-Foam!!
  17. I would go with Rick. Can't beat it for the heavy duty one and Rick knows his Ventures.
  18. Give the battery a good charge and leave plugs out while you are doing this to let it air out a little.
  19. Still one of those things that make you wonder don't it? Keep a eye on it for a while. We don't want to hear a big BOOOM and see strange things flying out of our Atmosphere.
  20. Ne neither but keep seeing posts of people that do. Why??
  21. It had to go thru carbs to get in crankcase. Right? Could a float have stuck while it was running flooded that cylinder and just kept pumping fuel thru there while running? Sounded more like it ran thru there while sitting. What would it take to do this? Fuel pump has to keep running. Check carbs first I would think. Like Denden wish I was close on this one.
  22. DON"T START. May not do anything but still not good for it. Oil is going to have to come out. You must have a carb acting up and dumping gas down the throat. Going to have to pull air box to see this probally. Someone else may get in here with saftey things. Keep a Fire extinguser handy when messing with gas. Turn switch on after you get air box out of the way and see which carb is pumping fuel thru and out the overflow. Shut off as soon as you see this and get something to rap on this carb with . I use a long 3/8 extension. Tap it sharply several times around the bowl area and turn switch on to see if it stopped. If you are lucky it will be cured. Let us know and don't blow it up!! Need strong dose of Sea-Foam if this works. I would use 1/2 can in gallon of gas. Run it til it gets into carbs good and leave sit for while overnight or day or two.
  23. Better ask Mamamo about that 2nd gen. She might tell you who it belongs to.
  24. Sorry for your loss. One like this is a loss to everyone that rides.
  25. Good Job. I count FIVE Scoots in there. How many does Mamamo claim? All of them?? Keeps you around to take care of them.
