    1st and 2nd Gens need lights on the back. I got mine on there and frame broke. Used Trunk from "Black Beauty with Light Bar. Busted one of my "Black Beauty" bags at same time.

    The Fairing is not that big of a job just be carefull and make sure you have all the screws out before you start pulling on it they get brittle with a few years on them.

    Mama Yama ought to be paying us. Buy it and you won't regret it. Or look at some of the 1st Gens on E-Bay (83 to 93 Ventures) and get a GREAT and still get the family and save a bunch. 1st Gens are 83s to 93s and 2nd Gens are those other ones but you probally knew that if you've been hanging around for a while. LET US KNOW!!! And got to have PICS!!!

    The one in Maryland I probally would have taken a shot at if it wasn't a 83. The frames scare me off now. The one I have with the new frame is probally going to end up my main ride. Needs a bunch of electrical work and some carbs cleaned and looked at good. (Hey Denden I'll mail them to you) After this weekend the itch is getting strong. If I got a 83 I would weld frame before it had a chance to break. And the Warden gave me permisson to take a shot at that one just wasn't sure about bike that don't run and going to get it.

    A 1949 like that one is the first thing I ever drove. With Mom sitting the yelling" He's going to Kill Us" and Dad laughing at her. That old truck would go anywhere.

    I hate messing with banks. But surprised someone did that on here hope they didn't do it on purpose. Pay-Pal has been good for me so far. I still cash my Pay check and take cash home til Warden decides how much she wants in the bank for her checking account. Usually most of it. I might write a check once every couple of years.

    91 hrs at work last week and 79 this week. Ain't had time to entertain you. Gotta get mine fixed, it did break. But will get it done. Might even be looking for another.

    Sounds a lot like mine Jim but to the other side. Hope you have better luck with Insurance than I did. Listen to the Docs now. Hope you heal quicker than I did. 14 months off work. Don't try to rush it.

    Survived mine but lost a lot.Trying to catch back up and can't find time to work ob "Blue Beast ll" I ride now would be great but some time down the road I guess. Maybe I'm just scared to get back out there. I think about it a lot but what little I got to ride the thing before it went south was really great. Got a welder and everything ready to go just need time now. Doing 10 - 12 hr shifts in a row and might get day off!! I JUST WANNA RIDE!!!!

    Mine in the "Blue Beast" went at about 75k. I have two 83's still going strong in the 60's. I think some never loose it.

    Nice clothes and be honest. Good luck with it Clay. Need to do a poll one of these days to see how many of us are wearing uniforms and on the right side of the law now.
