    Lost one out of mine when Skid a nd I were riding couple years ago. Thought it would be easy to go back and find. Didn't happen.

    JB Weld would not hold on my cracked exhaust chamber. Like to have something that would to patch that thing instead of pulling it to weld. Welding it up under there is beyond my welding skills I think.

    Synthetic might help with this. As Don says it is not unusual. Just ride it every day!!! I think it will be less as it breaks in.

    ANNOUNCEMENT??? I Thought you were going to say Mamamo was expecting too. Thought I was getting behind!! Winter a lot colder up there?? If I can find couple days to get "Ugly" patched back up, get daughter home, catch up at work on new duties and fix car IT'S TIME TO RIDE!!!!

    First things First!! That 4 letter word in your title we try to avoid at these things. We are just playing and helping friends. Of course when you see Squid down on his knees with the sweat pouring off him and Muffin up to his elbows in a 1st Gen it makes you wonder!! They claim to enjoy these things. Just show up and find out. You can even attend the Tent sitting-up class in the Dark!!!

    Got one in the side of the face once. Bleed so much it was scary. Cut wasn't that bad but blood flew everywhere. Scared a few people.

    85 tach has slows. Not sure why on this one?

    Flushing that system may clear it and get air out.

    I'm with Jack on this one. Too many visions of cages that move at the last second or open doors. Too many idiots in the cages!! Beside that not too many multi-lane roads around here.

    That is a great wtite-up. One of the things I need to do this spring. My 85 sat too long. Has slow tach with only 20k. Wouldn't hurt to grease speedo while I grease tach.

    My 1st one was a 84 Blue one. A learning experience. 115 MPH in 3rd gear!!!
