    Hobbling around on my bad leg sometimes it don't come down right and causes me to be a little less stable than I used to be. Anyway going down some steps couple days ago and came down on it wrong. Jerked other foot backwards to catch myself and busted the pad on the bottom of my heel. The callus or whatever it is. Sure does make for a sore GOOD foot. I can walk if I walk on the heel of my bad one and the toes of my good one. I wobble but I ain't fell down. YET. I can't walk but I can ride if the weather would let me!!:crying: This probally don't make much sense but I got TWO sore feet now!!

    Only thing I know is my Speedo don't have enough numbers to give a report on this!!

    I've been looking at that Barnett complete kit. "Ugly" started slipping and I took it apart to add the set of springs I had on hand. These springs were so much taller and stronger I couldn't get them in there. Just added another washer and all was good and still is. Like to know what those springs are for. Bought them with pressure plate for a 84 from the Stealer. I've read that the Barnette is hard on the clutch basket?? But NO SLIPPING!! Grab and GO!!

    It doesn't take long to do it just try one way and if it don't work try the other and when that don't work call Squidley!! Worked for me!!

    I think I've done that one too. Changed my rear tire once and spent almost a whole day getting the wheel back on. We'll just blame it on Carl!!

    If the Speedo is your only problem with it just pull it and grease it or it will quit completely.

    On the 1st gens you have to cut the cone off the end to get to the baffel. I'm lost on 2nd Gen muffler.

    Do NOT DRILL The SIDE!! I'm not sure how to do it on the 2nd Gens but I don't think you want holes in the side of mufflers.

    This site has cost me a small fortune. No doubt without it I would have sold the "Blue Beast" and still be riding the 750. I wouldn't hold the record for 120 mph in 3rd gear. Saw it with my own eyes!!! Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!! Wouldn't have met all the GREAT people on here. Got to take a lot of Great rides. Ate some good food. Had a lot of good laughs. Thought I knew something about bikes til I met some of the guys on here and have learned a BUNCH and still learning. Really gives me a kick when I go to the Stealers and tell them how these things work!!Was it worth it?? HE** YES!!! Even learned to edit my posts. Noderators:rasberry:

    It is the screw right above the letter a in the word brass.Lower right corner of each carb. Also the one with the red A pointing to it. Being Color blind I didn't see that one til I looked couple of times!!
