    Off to the Gym!! 3rd trip this week and take a break til Monday. I feel great about it so far. When I used to work out so much I could hardly wait to get there. Ended up doing a bunch of extra days back then.

    I stopped by a large building going up near hear and they were pouring concrete today. Guy says he has a couple more weeks work there but to call him back. Maybe?? Just Maybe. I told him what it was and that it had been screwed up but he said call.

    Keep it up Joe. I'm thinking that would be great for me. I need to loose a few inches from the waistline. Lifting weights probally won't do a lot for that. I sure do like to eat.

    Hey if it works Don't mess with it!! Bottle of Boones Farm ride on a bike..... But this was more likely a one night anniversary. 30 yrs?? Congrats you two!!! Been a few yrs since the Warden caught and tamed me....31 coming up we have been togather. That piece of paper came later. 24 yrs I think. I'd better check and be sure!!

    Not too sore this morning. Son-in-law claims I didn't do enough!That boy think he is safe just because he is not sneaking around here anymore?? I know where he lives. Better take a big club with me from the looks of him now. That gym is working. A good workout pardner makes this a lot easier. He might be worth something after all.

    Just got my first cell phone. Don't know crap about it yet. I can turn it on. Sometimes. Even managed to make a call on it couple times. I guess my kids will have to explain it to me or my 7 yr old grandaughter.

    Was thinking of Ponch today. I remember when I was stuck in that bed. I liked rainy days. It tended to drive people inside where I was stuck!! Keep fighting Ponch we are waiting for you!! Prayers will continue!!

    I can also gaurentee you head won't hurt this time, as I know for a fact the warden doesn't ride bikes...LOL If she would happen to change her mind I would be more than willing to let her go along!! Does that void this??
