  6. It is hard to believe I can't find anybody to do this thing. I live WAY out in the sticks and some of then just don't want to travel to do it. Its about to get put on the back burner til Spring. But if I can find some body I would still do it. Just don't like pouring concrete in cold weather. Hasn't been cold enought to bother it so far but with my luck as soon as I pour it will freeze.

  24. If it helps you get started thats GREAT!! Swimming is the best form of exercise you can do. It uses more different muscles than anything you can do. Now about that dinner......time to visit the kitchen!!!Again.
  25. Razzle berry also has a little apple in there. James its not about how much you can lift. I never did go for the "big" weight. Seen too many guys get hurt. The weight will come if you keep at it. Just being there and doing something WILL GET RESULTS!!
