    :goodpost: I haven't had very good luck with fiberglass at all. Make the mix as Twigg says. I use a body putty rasp on a piece of junk ABS. You can buy one large ABS pipe connection for very little and it lasts a long time before you grind it all up.

    As Greg said you can take those plug wire ends apart and clean them. Very small parts in there that can go flying to never be found again. Just be carefull when taking apart with larger flat blade screwdriver.

    Getting under there and cleaning things up is a good idea but you don't have to remove to do seals.

    The dash is not too bad. Going after speedometer? Pull windshield. That is easy just watch what screws go where. 4 for trim 4 for shield I think. Screws are in sides of dash that hold it in. 2 on each side I think. You don't have to pull faring.
