    Anybody know anything about this? On the days that I work out I don't eat anything until I come back from the gym. I know you shouldn't work out on a full stomach according to Arnold. But is this good or bad. I go to the gym hungry almost every time. Just wondering...

    When you have a MK1 1st Gen you can jerk the bags and trunk off in about a minute for a completely different ride. You can do that with a 2nd Gen too. After about a hour of wrenching get going and about a hour to put things back!!!:rasberry:

    All gave some. Some gave all. Not only did the Heroes that gave all give so much but their families are still giving by not having. These are the real Heroes in my thinking.

    I think there are a lot of us that feel as you do on this Lew. But words just don't seem to do it. Very few of our lives that cancer hasn't touched. Ugly Ugly disease. Someday I think we will beat it. Someday.

    Thanks Jack. I do have the Bio Freeze. It is great stuff. I'm not going to stop on legs but Ishouldn't have pushed the weight like that. I passed the other info on to the Warden and she said it could make my hands sore???

    Not bad today. Still a little sore. Back again tomorrow. I think I'll lighten up on the legs a little but was shocked I could do that much!

    And be very carefull not to pinch that wiring when you put it back togather. Don't remember exactly but goes to neutral light?? Or maybe gear indicator.
