Yeah if you stay around those 2nd Gens they will fall back wind it up as far as it will go and blow past you at about 90 when you are cruising along enjoying the view at about 50 then claim they outran you!! Desperate they are!!!

I know about the recovery time Jack. Just saying these kids want to make it a coffee break between each set. Like starting all over each time. I've found after a hard set you can recover in about 2 minutes. Push it on the next one to gain.

I found out something today!! Usually on the days I am sore I just take it easy. Instead took "Brown Sugar" out for some therapy today. Soreness gone!! An excuse to ride more!! And work out more!!:clap2:

Sunshine and 63 out there. Looked at garage site and said screw it and took "Brown Sugar" out for some therapy.

I have several programs and end up not following any of them. It is probally better to have a set workout but I end up just moving from one station to another and cover most of them. I see a lot of guys waiting 5 to 10 min between sets. I try to keep moving and doing something. I've never figured out what the best approach to this is. The biggest step is to get in there and do something.

There is a tool made with the head of a bolt. Should be in here somewhere. You have to fashion something to fit in the hex head to keep it from turning. Can't remember what we used. Maybe a extension and socket with a bolt turned upside down lock two nuts togather to keep from turning in the socket. Trap it in socket til it won't fall out insert head of bolt in hex head in tube?? Make sense?? -

GREAT WORKLOUT TONIGHT!! I FEEL GOOD!! Get up off your fat butt and do something!! Some nights it really feels good. I knew there were nights like this when doing this stuff but hadn't had one since starting back!! Didn't do bad for a one-legged Decrepited old MFer!!! May find the old Yammer Yet...

We can live without the internet can't we??(Can't make it 24 hrs without this site) Or is that against the law now?? Better stock up the food supply in my corner. Might be a mild winter but looks like its going to be a looooong one!!!

I have a VA card. I think they gave it to me when I went to the VA clinic. It works at Lowe's and Home Depot for sure. Ask. 10 per cent is a lot when you start buying building materials. And you can get a copy of your DD214 from your county courthouse. If it was registered there as it should have been?? Takes about 10 min. You should have a copy in your discharge papers.

Warden making Spaghetti. Sure smells good in here!! With all this working out I've gained 5 pounds!! Is that the way its supposed to work?? About time to start diet with workouts. Next month...

On the days I don't go to the gym I use my Total Gym (Chuck Norris thing) at home to stretch and get soreness out. Sometimes works great.
