After 3 months they have given it a name. Idiopathic Endogenous Lipoid Pneumonic with a touch of Alpha 1 Anti-Typsin Deficiency Hope she gets out of there before she learns to pronounce it. -
Didn't mean it any way else. I hung on to the bottom rung of the Law enforcement ladder for a lot of years as Correctional Officer. Anyone in Law Enforcement does a thankless job. Good ones bad ones in all levels. I've seen both.

You guys just caught them. I kept them!! And not because I have one for a friend but Troopers are what Depties & town cops dream of being they just can't handle it!!

Infection started in her arm Rick. Now in her lungs. -
I've posted this before. I have a niece Taylor Paige Woods that gave blood at school months ago. Most of the time since then has been in a hospital with a infection they can't nail down. She was just rushed to ICU with oxygen levels in the danger zone. This was a good kid trying to do good. It shouldn't work like this but sometimes. If you are the praying type she could use a few words and just good thoughts couldn't hurt. Come on Taylor, we got a ride to take.

Fits into a tee about where it is hanging. Check you other bike?? It does look like sensor hose which could affect way it runs. Slower revs?? Right Dingy??

Are these orginal wires? Could make a lot of difference when under load. I get lost on the electrical stuff. Just grab the plug wire..if your boots stay on it might need replaced. At least thats my method. I do have a spark checker that you can increase distance it will arc that has helped me at times. Again I just go by what I feel on this. I'm sure there will be a lot of help."Brown Sugar" don't seem to be suffering much from putting up with my methods. Lace up your boots and get busy.....

The plugs will pop out but not easy.

somehow I have to address the volume issue as road trip tunes are a big deal for me. Make sure you don't have the Mute button pushed. Push it to make sure it is not on. A few of us have done that. Or so I have heard.....

1986 Carb Seal and O-Rings
Yammer Dan replied to racerguy36's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
If it is running and that carb is firing at all a Sea-Foam soak can do wonders. -
Its OK we are laughing at er I mean with you!! Someday around a campfire I'll tell why I fell off the garage!! TWICE!! Maybe...

Where best to post a question about a V-Star 1100 Clutch?
Yammer Dan replied to Semi-retired's topic in General Tech Talk
That sounds good. I have used a rag dipped in gas. Don't think it leaves anything behind to hurt any thing. I make sure it dries good before the lube. -
Hard to downshift sometimes

There is a newer part on this fix I think that is supposed to hold up better?? -
Bike won't run
Yammer Dan replied to Mariner Fan's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Glad you got it fixed. It is my thinking (I do that sometimes) that a little Sea-Foam diet will help everything in the fuel system. Sea-Foam is not a harsh additive just keeps things good and clean and things wouldn't work as hard if they were clean. -
You mean I've done this before....:whistling:

Hard to downshift sometimes

Just another thought. My 85 with 20k shifts very easy. My 86 with 70k shifts a lot harder. -
Really sore this morning. We missed a week of the gym with the storm and everything. Paying for it.

We went to Glock 23s last time I got to go shoot. But I only got 49 out of 50 on the requal. Had to be the Glock!! I did really like it.

Tried to pick up limb bigger than I could handle. Big heave to force it over side of road. It broke loose all at once and I went over hill head first into big oak. Those things are hard. Leg took a thumping on the way. It was just sore and bruised. Crutches for couple days but have parked them again.
