    Strange how we change. I've rode cable buggies hundreds of feet in the air to repair cables. Used to crank those Yammies up til it was passing redline and dump the clutch. Thought that was normal. I've slowed down a little.

    Not sure if there is a shorter spring for them. I'm going to remove leveling links and shove tubes up a little. Had this figured out last summer and never got in shape to do it. Now gotta rethink all of it. I want to drop the entire bike and keep it level.

    Tent??? I never carried one back in the day. Had a piece of canvas that went over part of bike and me. Was long enough to make ground cover. I could adjust it to keep mostly dry if necessary.

    My rememberer ? ain't what it used to be. I think that trunk must be pretty tough or it would be lying in a ditch somewhere in Ohio.
